Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Everything is amazing except the fact that such complex does not have any medical care for children, pharmacy for children or any sort of help in this matter. Actually in whole city of Rovinj there are no posibility of carring the baby to some doctor in case of emergency (one pediatritican in the total city and she receives only regular patients?!). The nearest medical care is in Pula (45min drive away, minimum).

Everything from staff to facilities was very nice. Probably a bit crowded in season but we were here in april so it was great. The beaches are near, Rovinj City centre is 5 minutes drive away. Buffet iz awesome!

Montenegrothe indoor pool can be a little bit crowded... it would be nice that there is additional part, a little bit bigger swimming zone or maybe a little bit more place to take a rest... in general, it met our expectation
very pleasant atmosphere, a lot of activities for kids, exceptional food...beautifully designed landscaping around the hotel with enough things to explore for several days stay... definitely a place to come back again

Everything about the hotel and staff was exceptional. The location (next to the beach), rooms were excellent, facilités were great - the gaming room, the bikes, the pool, the escape room, the kids gym, the climbing nets, the parks, the grounds, the beach bar all awesome. Everything you need for a great holidays (& this was without the outdoor pools being open as it was out of season).

SwitzerlandI was surprised the beach was covered in trash washed up over the winter. I didn’t like that there was a games room encouraging kids to be inside and in front of screens. Very limited wine options at dinner, and bar prices were crazy, €15 for a gin and tonic.
Food is excellent, facilities for kids are second to none. The location is brilliant for exploring local culture.

I would only next time recommend that they try to avoid Saturday morning for work and mowing the lawn around the hotel, even though they were efficient, purely for the sake of some weekend peace. And just as an idea - to offer a hotel for dogs nearby so that the whole family with pets can come, without having to change the existing concept of the hotel.
The hotel met all of our expectations: 1. The accommodation/room size is spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children, good balcony, excellent extra beds, good sound proof 2. Perfect location - close enough to Rovinj and with a great view over it but distant enough to have better beach and nice surrounding 3. Hotel staff very friendly, helpful and organized. Different content offered to fill the day either independently or through a series of organized activities 4. Food - offer 5. Overall value for money

CroatiaFor the price we paid we expected more. They authorized our credit card on arrival. Reception stuff did not provide any information about facilities and were condescending in communication. There is no general information about available activites and facilities for kids - just about the programme (eg. it took us a day to realize there are cartoons throughout the day in the theater room). We were denied entrance to the restaurant during dinner due to it being occupied and had to wait. Pull out beds for kids are cool but night stand is in the way. At the lobby bar i got served coffee that was undrinkable - watery and bitter. Email communication between hotel in Croatia and Croatian resident has been in English.
Number and quality of activities for kids that kids really enjoyed - starting with the net. Staff at kids zone was great - helpful and kind. Wifi was great as well.

North MacedoniaThere are bicycles in the hotel which you need to pay to rent them for an extremely high price(60 eu/day). We rented bicycles in the city center for 10eu/day. Considering the hotel prices I was stunned that the bikes were not completely free of charge for the hotel guests
Beautiful garden. Hotel very clean. Excellent food. Amusement for kids was insane. Warm and clean swimming pools. Hotel room was roomy and with a great view. This was definitely one of the best hotels we've stayed in. It's a jewel!! Despite the hotel being packed with people and small children, it was very quiet at night and we were able to rest well. Thumbs up for all the staff members.
