The steps will be a problem for those less able. We are not young but it was not an issue for us. There are 73 steps to climb.

Perfect location for Old Town. Easy to explore the local area and then have a relaxing time on the terrace. Outside space amazing. It's exactly as the photos appear.

There was nothing to fault, we couldn't get the sound system working but this was probably user-error, the host even offered to come over and resolve this for us, but we didn't think it merited someone coming over for a small issue.

Fantastic location, host very easy to deal with and was very attentive - the facilities were all we needed and more, the outdoor space was fantastic with great views, I would definitely stay here again.

Lots of stairs, but we knew that before booking. It didn’t put us off but if someone had mobility problems it would be a challenge.

A phenomenal penthouse apartment with everything we could have wanted! Great facilities, great views, perfect location, really quiet and a hot tub!

It was absolutely amazing! Super central location, walking minutes from the ferry, the city Center and Kolovare beach. The view from the rooftop is amazing, the apartment is fully equipped (towels,bathrobe,washing machine, coffee,tea,cooking stuff, even drinks,airco) jacuzzi works great, terrace is large! The host is very nice, friendly and flexible. We loved it! I celebrated my bday there, so you can see a bit of a terrace and jacuzzi on the photo!

3rd Floor no lift, so carrying heavy luggages was difficult, but all rest paid it back :)

The size of the property was amazing, large roof appartment with at least 200 m2 terrase well equipped. We realy enjoyed quality luxury mornings with yoga, outdoor breakfast and on the evening jacuzzi, drinks and great view for the port. We expected a lot and we got even more :) check photos

The sofa bed was a bit uncomfortable.

Super stylish place with stunning views over the harbour and park from the very large roof garden. It was like an oasis! We loved that it was so close to places like Five Wells Square and the Monument to the Sun. The stairs up to the apartment are a slog but worth it!

Nothing to complain about.

Very easy. There was a lock box next to the entrance. Meri, who took care of the apartment called me immediately after I entered the apartment, to check if everything was fine and to answer any questions I had i.e. on recommendations for local stores, bars, restaurants etc. The apartment had everything one needed for a 6-day stay. It is indeed a feel-good place! I hardly can imagine there is a better place to stay for 1-2 people. Awesome view, location, jacuzzi, amenities, quality,...etc. All was just perfect. I will definitively return and only wish I would have stayed there longer. Thanks to Meri for being a great host!

sometimes there was a lack of hot water in the bathroom but hot water was in the shower on the terrace

The apartment is in a great location with a beautiful view of the marina. Very well equipped with a great terrace that makes you do not want to leave. You can spend the whole day relaxing there. Everything met my expectations and made my stay enjoyable. I would love to come back to this place!

Yes, there are 7 flights of stairs up to the third floor, so if you have mobility issues this might not be ideal.

The place is excellent! Very comfortable, with amazing views! The flat has everything you need, it was clean and well equipped. Downstairs there's a drinks' shop (closed on Sunday) and the best cake shop in town. Entities else is a stone's throw away. This is definitely the place to stay if you're in Zadar

The apartment is at the top of lots of stairs with no lift, so be ready to carry luggage up!

During the weekend there is a lot of noise from one nearby club, so it is difficult to sleep with the windows open. In the living room there should be a bigger air conditioner as the current one seems not enough.

The apartment is great and met our expectations. The jacuzzi was perfect for our kids which enjoyed it.

We really loved the apartment and spend lots of time on the rooftop and enjoyed the whirlpool. Great location close to many restaurants, bars and the beach. Meri was very flexible with check in and out.
