Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Breakfast was excellent. Especially the fresh juices that can be made on demand make it complete. Further on yoghurt with chia seeds, very good omelet with loads of vegetables.

SwedenPool area could need some extra seating. It was 38 degrees celsius and we weren’t allowed to have out cocktail in the pool. So we had to run in and out to get a drink or a cool down. Prices in bar/restaurant are a little high.
Great pool area, good bar and lunch alternatives. Breakfast was very tasty and well staffed. Overall great staff and great service. New and fresh hotel. We slept well and were not bothered by other guests.

AustraliaA work of art hotel! Inspirational decor in my room, 914 I think, with a bath under the window and view to Zagreb. I was exhausted and it was raining so I ordered via room serivce the most delicious tart and caesar salad and then had a deep hot bath. Next morning breakfast was delightful. Loved the full gym. Exploring the hotel was a journey in itself.

ChinaThe entrance to the room narrowed towards the bedroom area, which was a bit tricky for us who carried two large suitcases. So was the shower area - having no door or threshold means there's nothing preventing water from spilling outside, and the only floor drain in the bathroom is on the higher shower floor. The lighting in the room could have been brighter in late night.
The location was actually great, located not really that close to the center but beside a sports compound where locals love to gather. The community surroundings were comforting with a number of great cafes, bars, bakeries and restaurants. And it's not far from Ilica Street. The whole hotel was avant-garde in some way, both inside and outside - one can easily spot it and the nearby iconic chimney from afar. The room was not huge but decent nonetheless. The bar with a nice view was a highlight. The TV was quality.

Room was clean and big. Children loved the bathtub and the swing near the window plus the view was magnificient. Panoramic eleveator is also nice. Food was more than excellent especially breakfast (dinner was really good too). All in all we will be back
