We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe only thing that wasn't good was a big deal. The heat was on and I couldn't change the temperature. The room was over 25° c almost 80° f. I was only there to sleep and between flights and I had to open the window because the girl downstairs was unable to get it to work. She said something that indicated that it was a known issue with their system. Because I open the window there was road noise. I did have ear plugs so it was not as bad as it could have been with some people. But then it got a little cool so I had to close the window and then got hot again so I had to open it. Just not a great situation. If they fix that this would be a wonderful place to stay.
The desk person when I arrived was great. She was helpful and pleasant. The one in the morning was okay. He didn't communicate very well but he may not have spoken English very well. The rooms were well decorated and had lots of convenient features.
