I don't understand how this hotel had 4 stars, it was at best a 2 star hotel. The electronic keys didn't work so they had to give us the original metal keys which they should have given us in the first place because it was the only way to be able to lock the door and feel somewhat safe. The first room smelled so strongly of cigarettes that I couldn't stand to be in it.They gave us a different room that had a large spot of mold in the corner of the ceiling and the door was barely secure. The entire frame would have come off with very little effort if someone wanted to break in. The carpet had stains all over and so did the walls. The breakfast was included and was okay. The staff were friendly as well so that was helpful. Overall it felt like a very old and dirty place that had cheap updates to make it look nice and modern but still felt dirty and unsafe.

Door locks to rooms did not work and required both a key and card while the handles kept coming loose. Showers were great but half glass resulted in water on the floor. Facility maintenance appeared to be lacking, door trim was off, carpets were dated and require replacing The surrounding area lacked restaurants, cafes and was a little run down

On 2 occasions our room card did not work. The hotel did fix the problem. On the morning of our departure the breakfast started 7.08, leaving us very little tjme to have breakfast ready for our 7.15 shuttle to the airport. The day prior we asked if we could come into the breakfast a little earlier. The lady at the desk told us to come at 6.55.

Transfer to and from hotel is nothing cheap or fixed but u should fix a taxi or bolt, ofc hotel can help u to call a taxi.

The wellness place was closed when we got there and we couldn't see anywhere on booking that this was closed. Chose this hotel specific for this. Poorly buffet for breakfast, and the restaurant didn't open before 21.00 at evening.

Arrived at midnight and still took half an hour to check in. Guy on reception had no idea what he was doing. Smoke alarm in room covered by plastic bag. Carpet covered in stains. Room not cleaned from day-to-day.

lack of customer service was disturbing

booked it because it was close to airport for early flight and because it had a restaurant. The four of us were arriving late from Split flying out the next morning early just wanted to have dinner and get a good nights sleep. When we checked in we had double bed rooms instead of twin beds we had confirmed took a lot of persistence to get changed as they had booked themselves full with two soccer teams who want it are twin bed and confirmed rooms. Then we were told they couldn’t service us for dinner as they were busy feeding these two teams and it would be impossible to make four more meals to accommodate us and we would have to find another place to eat. It was a Sunday night and most restaurants were closed they did very little to call and find someplace to order in order to go to for food. I even asked the girl at the desk if she would ask the cooks just to cook four more meals of whatever they were serving the soccer team and we would eat in the bar. we finally had to order a cab and travel to and from a restaurant WE found on Google. No customer service whatsoever … very disappointing stay.

Cleanliness could be improved, lots of marks and stains on the carpet through the property. I think mainly down to poor choice of carpet type used. A better duvet on the bed would help improve quality of room.

Good location, very near the airport. We had a rental car and it was a 8 min drive to the car drop off point. very nice wet room bathroom.

We had an early flight so we couldn't have breakfast because breakfast started at 8:00. There was no one at the reception at 7am so we need to use the fire doors to get out early in the morning. The restaurant was also closed for dinner, nothing from the "hotel list" - sauna, jacuzzi did not work. Hairdryer, toilet, lamps…broken, the room was not clean. Would not recommend staying there.

There were many aspects I was disappointed with as I felt the images on Booking.com are misleading. The shower in the bathroom had no stand which meant I had to hold the shower head in my hand. We checked in to only half the room made, and rest was made after 30mins. No remote for telly, which meant you couldn’t really use this unless you stood right by the TV. The room doors have no locks or extras security on the inside which made me feel uneasy. Finally, we pay for breakfast which was a complete shambles (4 variety’s of cereal and a few yogurts), milk and sugar was not available until I asked. It feel very underwhelming to say the least.

The property was located right by the airport and not too far from Zagreb city centre. Free parking was also great.
