Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

I visited the hotel 5 years ago and it was very nice, but a bit old. This renovation exceeded my expectations and really enjoyed every aspect of my stay in the hotel. Food was very delicious, both at breakfast and dinner alike. I've tried a lot of restaurants in Opatija, but hotel kitchen in Adriatic hotel is still one of top 2 places to eat dinner. Cleanliness, facilities, staff, quality of build inside the rooms, everything was spot on. Whoever redesigned the hotel did a marvelous job!

SloveniaWe booked the room with the sea view and got one where the sea was only visible in the small corner; otherwise, we had a view of the old part of the hotel. The room was still great so we couldn't complain.
We loved the wellness. The saunas are great and the view from the relaxation room is breathtaking.

SloveniaThe garage might seem it's a bit far, but it is actualy right behind the hotel and you come right to the reception with the elevator.
The staff at the hotel went out of their way to help us with everything we asked. espacely the maneger and receptionist katarina and at the wellness aswell. Breakfast is rich in very good, one of the best we had. we will be coming back in spring for sure.

SloveniaClogged sink and leaking shower in the room. Wellness area didn't have good ventilation, we weren't able to cool down. We missed aroma in the steam bath. I didn't like the additional charging of parking. Elevator weren't working too good. Expensive drinks at the hotel bar + they didn't have all from the menu. They charged us more than it said on the menu for the spirits, with excuse they are in the process of rewriting the menu :(

Thanks a lot for a wonderful weekend. The service is at the highest level. The reception and restaurant staff are very professional and helpful. All our wishes regarding the room were fulfilled. It was on the 8th floor, with panoramic windows and an incredible sea view. The bed was large and comfortable. Room cleaning is of high quality. Breakfasts and dinners are really delicious. The wellness center is large, has 3 saunas, a pool with hydromassage, a jacuzzi, and a large recreation area. The Finnish sauna and relaxation area have panoramic sea view. We highly recommend this hotel. It’s ne of the best we have ever been to.
