Wellness spa- pool was very cold.

I like the hotel stuff- everything was very quiet convenient. Check in was fast and on the check out they let me do late check out without charge.

Room just amazing and bed so comfortable. Amazing breakfast and evening meal with a few beers in the bar afterwards. Pool is amazing and only 5 people including us. Great for parking just outside the city but only a short taxi ride into town.

Young lady at the wellness reception was crass with us and overtly rude to another hotel guest. Water in the indoor pool was too cold, the pool itself is quite small, the automatic door wouldn't close properly, letting cold air in the pool area, and there were simply not enough sunbeds so people sat on the floor or simply gave up and left...

We could not cool down the room other than by opening the window which was on a busy road (so noisy). The system was set in heat only mode.

Rooms were well fitted and a good size. Staff was very helpful and nice. Indoor pool and spa were very nice features.

Many extra costs in addition to the price for the room, they should have communicated this a little better before you book.The breakfast was quite expensive in my opinion. It is a pity that the sauna is only available at an additional cost. However the extra cost was reasonable. And the sauna was amazing.

The hotel and room were very clean and the staff was very friendly. The pool and the sauna are amazing. Apart from the extra costs, my overall stay was good. I definitely recommend it.

It would be good if the hotel provided complimentary bottles of water and did not charge for them.

Great hotel location if you need it for a day stay, as it is close to the highway. The rooms were new, clean and had a very comfortable bed. The toilet was also outstanding. Words of praise for the continental breakfast and the huge choice and quality of food.

Depending on just few reviews we didnt know where we are coming, but it exceeded our expectations! The hotel is very new and therefore modern. It is very clean, and keep it mind we are very picky. The staff is very kind and welcoming, especially waitress make you feel valued. We had delicious dinner, fish menu, in their restaurant Zagreb. Breakfast is great, everyone finds something for himself. Also great atmosphere at Aperitive bar, very cozy! We highly recommend this hotel!

It’s only a pity und very unusual that hotel guests must pay additional for sauna.. it’s not normal that this option is not included in hotel price! this is minus for the hotel und something that hotel director should think about it…

Large and modern rooms. One of the best mattresses I ever slept on in a Hotel, as I prefer them to be a bit more firm. Most Hotels have soft ones which offer no back support. Great breakfast with a wide selection, especially appreciated options for vegetarians especially the cooked vegetables. Very friendly staff. A note for EV drivers, there are chargers located in the nearby Shopping Centre - City Center One Zagreb. 2 x 22kW AC chargers are free of charge, but forget about those as they are always occupied. But there is another one that has 50kW and 22kW connections, and costs €0.30/kWh which is extremely reasonable for a public charger. I was able to fully charge my electric car while shopping.

Well, we decided to take the a la carte dinner. The dinning room was almost empry, so we would expect for the service personnel to notice the sticky and uncleaned floor (those stains remained there until the end of the next day breakfast - a big minus to the overall great experience First we orderd one cold starter and one hot starter to share. The waiter took away our menus before we could order the main courses and we needed to remind him additionally. First we got the Grande plate (we found that name out when we got the receipt) that we have not ordered and thought it was a free-of-charge plate. At the end of the dinner i turned to the really nice receptionist to help we put with the misunderstanding of the additional food we have received. He apologized and had the waiter call us in the room. The waiter was full of excuses and wanted to blame everything on me, but the receptionist handled at the end as intended. The so called Grand plate it lloked liked we got the leftovers from the breakfast. I am writing this purely as a reminder to the future guest.Don't let one waiter to ruin the great overall experience in the hotel.

We spent Christmas holidays at the hotel and loved it. The room was exactly as shown on the pictures. It was clean, warm and beds were really cosy. Showers were also great - didn' need to wait long for the water to change the temperature to the selected one. Entrance doors are equipped with an electronic lock and operated by a card. This way you can notify cleaners wheter you want your room to be cleaned or you prefer to not be disturbed. There is also an electronic doorbell for roomservice for example. Roomservice can be either other ordered via phone, manually at the receptionist or via pricelist displayed in TV interface. The TV interface is a really nice touch to the overall experience, where you have, beside a set of TV programs (for free), also a collection of the most popular movies available to rent (you'll pay them at the checkout, so you do not need to call the receptionist for every movie - so discrete). Breakfast, included in the price, was continental - clean plates, decent food, tasty juice and good coffee despite being made by a machine (and this comes from the coffee lover). The dinning area is spacious and nice. Chairs are slso confty. We also used their spa services. Pools, included in the price are small but will cover the basic need for body dipping. Saunas are as promised- due to my asthma, i liked the biothermal sauna heated to 50 degrees Celzius, while my boyfriend loved the Kneipp option and jumped into the ice room and the into the saunas. Saunas are paid separately. We also got a massage for couples - also paid extra. Mine was a bit rough but my boyfriend liked it a lot. A big parking is right in front of the building and free of charge. The receptionist was extremly nice and gave us a great idea to get to the city center, which is around 9 kilometers from the hotel. There was also some misunderstanding with the waiter at the dinner and he solved it with an ease and handled it proffesionally.
