Modern room with good facilities. Avenue mall and Park is at walking distance. downtown is easily reachable via bus (bus stop is nearby). nice restaurant (pizza place ) in the same building.

Price of EUR 170 for 3 days stay is too high for this kind of rooms! That is main point I do not like at all!! It should be at least twice lower. Then WiFi wasn't very stable, signal level was low and connection was dropped frequently, but link speed was fine. Owner needs improve equipment to provide better coverage

Nice, clean, all functional and very quiet. Not very spacious, but enough for few days stay. Owner was so kind to give me early check in and we had and nice communication via Whatsapp, that is much more convenient booking.com messages. All photos are exactly as it is in realluty. Sat TV with a lot of interesting channels to have a rest. Please not that there is no kitchen or cooker only microwave and tea kettle/

There is only one chair. That’s not a problem for one person, but sometimes it would have been much more comfortable if we had had a second small type of stool :)).

Nice choise to stay for a couple nights. My wife and I stayed there for 5 days, worked from room. Internet speed and conection was stable and fast, in one word more than enough. Bathroom clean and comfortable. Small fridge and electric pot. Tea and soluble coffee. On the ground floor - pizza, coffee and cakes. Shop in the next building. Avenue Mall with food court is in 15 min by foot. Dark curtains and quiet street at nigth. Thanks for the clean and nice room with outstanding pictures on the wall (6 part love story). Like the art a lot!

Two rooms are rented in the accommodation, separated by a small corridor, although we did not meet the neighbors, but you can also hear snoring through the door. But it was not a big problem, I was the one who snored ;-)

Nicely nicely decorated room in a new building with new equipment. Bed is comfortable, large New bathroom with good shower, pleasant heating and nicely done. The sink was a little small. Entering the accommodation on the code was quick and practical, There was a sufficient selection of cafes and restaurants in the vicinity of the accommodation. Parking on the street charged through the application. Nice park right next to the house.

Lack of proper shelves for toiletries in the bathroom.

Efficient air conditioner, useful compact fridge, spacious bed, wide shower, several towels, quiet and well served neighborhood, 2 security codes plus a key to access the room.
