We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The flat was really clean, spacious and stylish. It had a great kitchen and living area that was comfortable to eat and relax in. The area is great as it is on a quiet street but close to the harbour and centre of town. The owners were helpful and I would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone visiting Biograd.

A nice personal touch, very friendly and helpful staff more than willing to assist with everything you might want as a tourist. In a lovely position just close enough to the old City Centre yet away from the Hubbub. Lovely breakfast as well btw.

Fantastic stay at a fantastic hotel. The staff were absolutely lovely from the moment we arrived (Paula in the afternoon and evening was particularly helpful and friendly giving us great tips on where to eat). The location was perfect - close to everything and also tucked away a bit. The room was a great size. All round a wonderful experience.

The room was lovely, exactly as described and pictured. The hotel location was superb and not more than a few minutes walk to all the sights of Split. Breakfast was served in the outside courtyard garden with plenty of choice of food, freshly cooked. All the staff were very helpful and helped make our stay an excellent and memorable one. And just to note from previous reviews, that rooms do now have tea and coffee making facilities in them which shows the hotel listened to reviews and made simple adaptations for the benefit of guests, brilliant!

The location was perfectly situated near the city attractions, and the proximity to some of the best food in Split was fantastic. But what really put the stay over the edge was the quality of the staff. Every one of them was exceptional and beyond helpful. They had great suggestions for things to do, and were able to help with any arrangements we required.

What a fabulous boutique hotel. Ideally located close to the waterfront, the old town including the Diocletians Palace. Such a beautiful homely yet luxurious abode. Staff were amazing- so friendly, informative and efficient at assisting with every aspect of my stay in Split. Only regret was not to staying longer

This hotel is a lovely quiet oasis in the midst of the busy city of Split. It is outside the craziness of the tourist area but only a ten minute walk from all the major tourist sites.

United StatesGreat stay at Heritage Hotel 19! The location was close enough to Old Town and the ferry docks (15ish minute walk from the docks), but tucked away from all that hustle and bustle. We loved the area around the hotel, dotted with ample restaurants and bars. We enjoyed having dinner nearby and strolling around Old Town afterward with gelato. The hotel itself was clean and professionally run. Do note there is no elevator here so you will have to walk up some stairs to get to your room unless you choose one of the two ground-floor room options they have. We didn't have an issue with this, but some folks might. Breakfast was very good as well, served every morning downstairs under their olive tree with options on an a la carte menu for you to choose from. We had a room with a balcony and really enjoyed the option to enjoy a glass of wine out there (it had two chairs and a small side table). Their best room option, in our opinion. Overall a peaceful and relaxing experience. Plus they will hold your luggage if you arrive early/ are leaving Split after checkout which is helpful. It was a great way to end our honeymoon and we are so thankful to the team for making it extra special :)
