The "hot" food at the breakfast buffet was lukewarm to cold.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel met the expectations of a 5-star hotel. The staff were all very kind and professional. We would like to especially highlight Cristian. The battery of our car was dead, and he went above and beyond to solve the problem. He is very friendly, competent, and solution-oriented. It's not common to receive this kind of helpfulness... not even from employees of very good 5-star hotels. Thank you very much!

We felt the Swedish chair dinner in the hotel dining room was way too expensive (we didn't want a pizza or to drive to the centre of Opatija for dinner, so this was our go-to option). The food was good, but not worth that much in our opinion, compared to other 5* hotels where we ate similar dinner for much less. The lounge area at the saunas is amazing but a bit small for such a big hotel.

Amazing room with a view. We got an upgrade upon our arrival, even though the room we reserved looked the same, so I'm not sure what kind of upgrade we got, but we LOVED the room. The view is awesome, electronic controlled curtains are an elegant touch. Bed is beyond comfortable and really big, the decor is nice and we loved that the tv is not in front of the bed to mess with the view, but it's a pull-out from the side. Bathroom is nice but could use a few more storage shelves. Staff we encountered with, was kind and helpful, Breakfast was amazing. But what we loved most, apart from our room and the balcony, was the sauna area - the pool is okay, but could use an up-do, however, the saunas are amazing, including a cold plunge pool, a jacuzzi, etc., we were there for 3 hours at least and really enjoyed ourselves.

it's not a dislike rather an I expected more from aura lobby bar otherwise everything was spotless.

We checked in on a Saturday afternoon, the staff welcomed us with a smile. Our room was automatically upgraded, which was a very kind touch from their side. The rooms are fully equipped, private and comfortable in the Hotel you can indulge in the beauty of their Spa variety and heated pool. The Food was also very good and the selection at the breakfast buffet was outstanding. However, the food menu at the Aura lobby bar has room for improvement.

In general hotel is new, well maintained and very pleasent stuff at the reception. I would stress the things which should be improved only. No fresh juices for the breakfast and if you ask waiter to prepare it for you (fresh oranges are all arround u at the breakfast), she answers- no we do not have that in our offer. It is very crowdy for the breakfast. Also, too crowdy for brunch, they have bad aircondition (bad smells of food is everywhere in the restaurant). Otherwise it is OK

But the main restaurant for dinner is too ordinary and the service is not so warm. The swimming pool is nice, but the changing room is not convenient for the swimming pool.

The breakfast is excellent, and the Michelin star restaurant is amazing. The Pizza restaurant close to the beach provided better service compared with the main restaurant.

Villas are not connected to a hotel by any covered corridor so in a bad weather it could be challenging to go for a breakfast and/or dinner. Quite away from Rijeka and Opatija so you need a car if you want to sightsee.

Sparkling clean, new, high level of services, friendly staff. Definitely one of best hotels in the area!

20€/day parking, Spa is a bit neglected (water everywhere, people talking and using swimwear in saunas, ..), they put us in connecting rooms with strangers.

It had everything I could have ever wanted. The view was amazing, the location was so relaxing, the staff was friendly and really went out of their way to accommodate me. The hotel is beautifully decorated, and a lot of effort was put into making the guests feel like they are at a luxurious destination.

Parking for hotel guests is 20€ per day. It would be “better” to see if you make the room price 20€ more expensive and offer “free” parking that way.
