Lovely apartment with a stunning sea view. Well equipped, AC, kitchen, big terrace with a morning shade and afternoon sun. Rooftop pool was a good for a dip rather than a swim but a great area to chill after a busy hot day. Right in the center of town and by the beach. It is a very much a family destination popular with locals and tourists so be prepared for crowds.

The appartment is right infront of the beach The water is crystal clear and we had everything we hoped for The beach is very clean and it was quiet without too many tourists. It felt like we had our own private beach. The host of the appartment Tom is the most friendly person you could ask for.. he gave us suggestions and helped us with everything we need. He is also an amazing cook. The restaurant serves lot of traditional Croatiaan dishes for an amazing price and the portions are always large

The appartment is at à really nice location, close to the beach, and it is easy to park the car. The host is really nice and full of good advices. The view from the rooftop, and from the room is great. The place is quiet and clean.

Excellent location. A cozy, recently refurbished, comfortable, clean studio with a small but well equipped kitchen and a balcony with sea views. The rooftop terrace is fantastic. Friendly and professional personnel.

Absolutely amazing sea view directly from the apartment. The best time we spent on roof with swimming pool during the day but also it was great place for chill at night where we could observe all area. The hospitality of the owner was beyond our expectations. Great food in the restaurant deserve for best opinion ever. I highly recommend it! We also appreciated the close location to Primosten and Sibenik.

Very friendly owners, willing to help with any questions that you may have. The studio was very clean, with big balcony and perfect view on the sea. The big 3-part windows on the balcony can be full opened from both directions (there is no obstacle between the bed and the sea view) :) The breakfast was simple and delicious with everything what we wanted. In season there is also a restaurant Roko under the studio, which we also recommend (delicious fresh sea food).

The walls are thin so you hear it when the neighbors are talking or the swimming pool is pumping which is annoying. Maybe a bit impersonal and pool really cold but good for one or two nights.

The little village has many spots for swimming which is cute. It’s calm and the terrace is nice.

Room is tiny, more like hotel than apartment, just bed and chair, no couch, really small kitchen with the most basic equipment, view from terrace on top of building is very nice, but thats all....there are sunbeds, but no sun umbrellas or shade, so in 40 degrees, you cant stay there on direct sun...water in swimming pool had color of milkshake (with explanation, that it is because it is too hot). Parking - not personal parking, just municipal/city free parking, so if lucky, you can get a spot, if not, you have to wait for someone to leave
