Check in was complicated and confusing, with the wording on the front door about check in being very unclear. It also involved a lot of waiting around for someone to turn up,, although stating there is a 24 hour reception this is not true. They are available by phone 24hours a day but the reception was rarely manned whilst we were there. The private room we were in was clean enough but the bed was uncomfortable to sleep in. Also the room had no curtains with the only thing to block the light out being old, broken and collapsing shutters, which did not close properly. This meant the light flooded into the room at night making it very difficult to sleep. For the price we paid we were extremely dissatisfied!

The location was the only real thing that was good about our stay.

Not clean at all. They refuse the cleaning our room on the second day and we stayed in full dusty room for 4 day long. Bathroom is the same.

I had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in because there was no one there (despite having asked me what time I would arrive). There were no spoons, forks or plates. Cleaning lady was really impertinent in the room, she even entered to clean the bathroom while I was shirtless brushing my teeth (almost pushing me due to its size), and the last night I stayed, the reception guy entered the room, turned on all the lights and started speaking really loudly to explain things to a new guest that had just arrived, at 23:45 in the evening, while I was about to fall asleep. Very rude staff.

The rooms and the toilets could have been cleaner. It was a really nice place and cosy but not clean enough.

The location is great. It is in the city center and it was really quiet during the night. The stuff was great. They helped with every demand we had.

Terrible loud outside Skateboarder jump downstairs till 1am, window was broken like nearly all shutters at the house. As there is only 1 small air condition for 9 rooms with about 15 people it becomes more than 30 degrees inside during night. You can decide why you won’t sleep, either heat or living next to a starting Boing 747. But don’t bother as some of your 14 roommates come home at 11 pm 12, 1, 2 and later, some really drunk you will hear them anyway. Obviously not only the one I heard at 2am was choosing the wrong door and entered a looked room by smashing the whole door frame, no I checked the other doors and nearly all 5 doors had same problems in the past and were not really repaired since, like those super cheap cupboards and beds in the rooms which broke down twice a night. Every time when a huge noise woke you up someone crashed his bed, door or he just closes the door. As there is a place for cooking without a sink I can’t call it a kitchen you have to wash dishes in bathroom or not. Upstairs there was a unsafe apartment entrance which was nearly 24 hours open like the house entrance. Everyone from Street can come in during day and night girls have a good calm sleep especially when you see that room doors where several times opened without key while the were Locked. When you really look the apartment door on 3 floor!!! You stop everybody from the only fire exit in case of Appartement fire and all of you will… But it won’t help you to enter the stairwell in case of smoke. Either you stumble on the nearly all broken stairs or you hold yourself at the railing which is not really fixed the whole way down. We survived these days with no sleep no comfort in this tired down accommodation on a princely price.

Stuff argued with me why I do not cancel my Booking.com reservation to save Money. Stuff offered 3% discount to me, to save 10% Booking.com Charges. As there are up to 30 guests a day this works quite good

We probably wouldn't spend here more than one night, the room is quite small for that. And lady at check-in was quite confused, she paid us back 20€ less, than she was supposed, but we managed that.

This place is perfect for one night stay. It has good price and position (right in the town center). Also, it is very clean, well equipped and lady at check-in was nice.

Great location in the city center (about 10 minutes from main bus station) and near to the beaches. Very clean. Possibility to check-in till 22:00, which is very comfortable if you travel from other places.

Booked the bed at 21 30pm. Got a text 10 mins later informing me if I wont come by 22 I ll get 8 euro penalty charge. I stopped what I was doing and run to the hostel to check in. Came 21:58 looking for a door bell decided to make a phone call instead. The lady buzzed the doors and I got in to the building. 1st thing I noticed when I opened the main doors was 1 inch cockroach wondering on the stairway. I wish I took a picture of it. When I got in a lady was waiting for us to check us in. After we have paid we were told that there is no spare key so I needed to tell what time I ll be back or use the door bell to wake someone up...I said i dont know what time and I dont like the idea of waking everyone up to get in. This seemed to trouble the lady in a short pink hair to the point that I got to listen to her personal issues in regards to her boss and the work place and other problems she has. Additionally she said If I dont like it she can cancel the room and i can go somewhere else. (?) I asked her to no to sabotage me as I have a right to come back when I want. Then again I ve been given another dynamic explanation about the above PLUS that I was 1 minute late after 22 ( I wasnt ) so she can refund me and go anywhere else again. Lastly. Rooms had bunk beds with no privacy curtain totally exposed to the person opposite. I decided to get a refund and cancel the booking. Lady said. Good, happy to hear that. I thought the kitchen would be a bit better. But with this warm weather it is perfect to eat salads so then the kitchen is not necessary!

It was a very nice stay in hostel Kozy. Perfect location. Inside it is quit and calm. The owners are very very friendly and they helped me amazingly when I had a problem!! The dormitory and toilets were very clean. I would come again!

Don't go there. Not cozy. Unfriendly personal. Luggage Storage too expensive and no kitchen. Just a place to sleep- nothing else.
