The hosts were wonderful and Ana even did our laundry for us . The property was clean well maintained and nicely furnished with a lovely balcony and well located for entry into the park .

We liked everything. Location was great, just a 2 minute drive from entrance 2 of the lakes. The host was very helpful, the breakfast was fantastic. If we go again there definitely we will stay at the same house. I recommend this :)

We were greeted as we parked by the lovely Ljubo and Ana (and their kitty). Check in was quick and they made sure we had everything we needed and gave advice for park at their place when we go to the park. The room had everything we needed in the room to make dinner (pots, skillet, plates, bowls, cups, silverware, dish cleaning supplies) and breakfast (fridge with small freezer, coffee pot/filter, water kettle, microwave, etc). Shower was warm and there were plenty of chairs. The balcony was a good size and we had a great sunset. You can see the horse (who has a bell!), geese, goats, etc from the balcony. You can't hear the horses bell inside so no worries. Soooo close to the best entrance to the park. The whole street is guest houses. Trust me: just stay here. Great price, great people. Also, they checked with us the night before if we wanted breakfast but we had stopped at the grocery 20 min before.

The host is nice. The location is close to the entrance 1 of Plitvice Lake NP. The breakfast (10 Euros per person) is very good. The parking space is just in front of the house.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome. The apartment was lovely, peaceful and close to Entrance 1. We were spoilt with freshly baked goodies one afternoon. Very highly recommended. Thank you for having us.

Hard to beat for comfort, convenience and friendly hosts and the breakfast almost entirely homemade by Ana herself was a real treat. Easy walk to entrance 1 of Plitvice lakes and parking at the property a bonus.

Bed was firmer than we are used to. Heat was off during the day and we were there during a cold spell so it was a little uncomfortable.

Kitchen was well equipped and was exceptionally clean. Plenty of room in the bedroom and nice to have a washing machine. Location was wonderful, 10 minute walk to the park.

Everything, the location was super cool, the host was super nice and the room was super clean, good WiFi, mini fridge included in the room and moreover they gave me a 3 person room even if I was alone.

The location is perfect, 10 min walk to enterance 1. The host is very nice, friendly and welcoming. The room is big, we stayed in the studio. The balcony is perfect to sit and relax. The breakfast is also good with eggs done as per your wish, cheese, a lot of sweet homemade options. My only suggestion would be more salty options.

Ana, the owner of the property, warmly greeted us and made us feel at home. Shortly after we'd settled in she offered us her delicious homemade biscuits and provided us with a drink, which was a delightful surprise. Each morning, she prepares a tasty home cooked buffet breakfast for her guests and invited us to her house each evening for more delicious homemade treats and a drink. Her warm and welcoming nature truly enhanced our experience at the property.

The guest house was clean and comfortable, in a very nice location, the host was sweet. We booked a deluxe room without a kitchen, she(owner) let us use shared kitchen. It was rainy when we were leaving, they offered to drop us to Lake entrance.

I loved my stay at Ljubo and Ana's! It was within walking distance of the truly special Plitvice Lakes National Park, and the fantastic Lička Kuća restaurant for local, tasty and affordable Croatian dishes, yet was located in a really peaceful, idyllic spot in the Croatian countryside. The room was very cosy, the hosts were lovely, and I would have liked to have stayed longer to hike and explore more of the beautiful local countryside.
