The property is a beautiful house owned by the host named after their kids. It is an absolutely clean house to stay, beautifully white in color in the midst of the Rastovaca village. Close proximity to Gate 1 of the Plitvice lakes, 15 mins walk. With luggage you might need a car. The host was extremely kind to both pick and drop us from Gate 1 where us bus dropped us. Lovely breakfast options at 11euros each. Nothing else is evasive in that area except for 1 restaurant

The room was as advertised. It was spacious for a solo traveller and had all facilities with some upon requests from the owners. The location was around 10-15 min walk from the entrance of entrance 1 which was convenient. There are a few restaurants in the area whilst the park shop sells snacks. It was in a peaceful and quiet location. The owners also offered me a life to the bus stop on the day of departure (for free). All-in-all, a great experience and would stay again.

The breakfast that was provided was great but there was so much that we felt it was wasted.

We were welcomed even though we had arrived earlier than expected. The effort put into the large breakfast was unexpected and welcomed but there was so much. It might be easier if guests were given a list the night before of the breakfast options available so that they could choose.

Located in a beautiful & peaceful place. Very close to plitvice lakes. We arrived very late due to a flight delay and they gave us a warm welcome still. Breakfast was delicious!

Felt right at home! There were three of us traveling and the room was a perfect option for us. The beds were comfortable, the view was beautiful and the balcony was a great plus. We loved how at home we felt. The location was incredibly close to Plitvice entrance 1; either or a short drive or 20 minute walk. Our host was wonderful and recommended great spots for us to visit on our drive to our next location. Breakfast was also very tasty and great value for money. We also loved the kitty cat and their dog.

Everything was very nice - the location (you’ll be just 15 minutes away by foot from Entrance 1 to the national park), the property itself, the amenities, the tasty breakfast, but most of all the hosts themselves. They were very welcoming and nice, even driving us to the park to make sure that we get there early enough to buy tickets. The room was spacious, clean and very comfy. Since the B&B is not on the main road, it was very quiet and peaceful. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at House Biba & Leona.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The guest room was beautiful. It is tastfully decorated and very comfortable. It was lovely sitting out on the balcony in the stillness of the afternoon as the sun was setting. The host is very helpful and explained with to go at the Plitvice National Park and provided an excellent recommendation for dinner. The breakfast was lovely ($11EUR extra per person) and we were so full. We loved staying here.
