The location is great. Walking distance from Gate 1. We also wanted to enter the park at 08:00, and Sandra made breakfast earlier to accomodate us. Everything was neat and tidy, and free parking.

Walking distance to Entrance 1 Plitvice Lakes park and nearby restaurant; very clean and tidy; excellent breakfast prepared by Zlatko on the days we were there; kettles available to borrow; host Sandra very quick to respond to any queries and most helpful; house set on large property in a pretty part of the area. We went to Licka Luka restaurant two nights - serving local fare. On departure we spoiled ourselves with a very short taxi ride to the bus stop as it saved rolling suitcases along the road - local taxi driver helpful and accommodating. Five stars to Sandra and Zlatko for a lovely stay. You can’t go wrong here.

There were some ants in our bathroom, but we noticed them only in the morning when we were leaving actually.

Absolutely great location near Plitvicke lakes entrance, very nice and good communicating staff, room was spacey, bed comfy and we had everything we could need avaible. Definitely would stay again.

I didn't like leaving such a lovely place

Look no further, you won't regret staying here! We stayed for 2 nights in a beautiful room which felt so cosy and welcoming and was spotlessly clean and fresh. The beds are extremely comfortable, the shower is good and powerful and the air con worked perfectly. The hosts were very friendly and the homemade breakfast is varied and delicious. They took special care to accommodate my partner's vegetarian requirements. They also really kindly helped me by finding something to help a bad reaction to mosquito bites (I got the bites before arriving). The location is simply perfect to visit Plitvice, it is just around the corner. But even if you didn't visit the park you would have a fabulous restful time even just staying in the room. It's so quiet and peaceful with lovely surroundings.

House Flora was the perfect stay for our trip to Plitvice National Park. It is located only a 10 minute walk from Entrance 1 to Plitvice and is very close to a number of good restaurants (Licka Luca being one of them, within a 5 minute walk). The room was exceptionally clean, bed very comfortable and accoutrements all that one would need; We’d highly recommend this spot for a tricot the park or stay to enjoy the many outdoor available activities.

We picked up a mail in our tire, drove to House Flora, the owner, Sandra called and a gentleman fixed our tire in 20 mins the following morning. This saved our trip and our 7am entry into the park! Thank you so much for the help! The place is easily waking distance to Entry One for the park. There’s a great restaurant that you can walk to (5 mins) in the parking lot of Entry One. You can leave your car at the place and walk into the park. Entry two is 3 km down the road.

Very limited options for food. one restaurant owned by a nearby hotel/house which is not always operating and 2 restaurants by the entrance of the lakes and waterfall.

The location is the best thing about the place as it's really close to the Lakes entrance 1 which made life much easier getting there and catching our bus on our way out. The apartment is also super clean and plant decorated. the kitchen has enough equipment to make your own stuff but you need to bring whatever you need with you because the entire area very limited options in terms of food.

It was all good. Spouse did not think the bed was comfortable.

Location was excellent. Breakfast was plentiful. Host met us upon our arrival and showed us through the unit, etc. Free parking. Allowed us to leave our car there throughout the day to visit the national park. Area and other houses surrounding House Flora were beautiful. Restaurants a short drive away. Were able to easily walk to gate 1 of the park.

Confortable room in a typical charming house located 5 min walk from the entrance to the Plitvice Park. Excellent location. Very relaxed and beautiful surrounding area. The rooms had all amenities needed. Really good breakfast with several options. Friendly hosts always available to help.

Super cozy house with apartments and rooms. We stayed in an apartment on ground floor. The location is excellent for those planning 1 day or 2 day tickets to the Plitvice park. Is a 300 meter walking to the entrance. Was super quite, in the middle of the nature wit nice view around the house and the small village. Also the owner, Sandra was really nice! We recommend this location sincerely to anyone looking for a relaxed stay at Plitvice. Will definitely pick the same location next time.

My wife and I only stayed one night here but the room and the service were incredible. Sandra was very communicative throughout the check in process. Her husband Zlatko had completely unexpectedly made us breakfast on the road when we told her we’d be getting up and out early to get to the park. It was the absolute sweetest thing! The room itself was extremely clean and all the features of the room were very modern and well kept. Would totally recommend a stay here to anyone and would stay again if we ever visited the park another time.

The accommodation is a short distance from the Plitvice Lakes, a quiet and peaceful location. The apartments were clean, the rich continental breakfast is in the neighboring house, the communication regarding the accommodation is perfect. It's a shame that we couldn't stay longer. We will be very happy to come back.

Very kind host, good communication,tasty breakfast. The bed is really comfy. The entrance of the Plitvice National Park is very near, you may go on foot. There is a good restaurant in the neighbourhood. Silent, beautiful garden, and a special, homelike feeling - to me. Would like to go back...
