Everything was amazing

Not sure if this was an error on Booking.com site but it indicated a washing machine. There was not one we could see. Didn’t matter to us but an amendment to the add might be needed for those wishing an extended stay.

We really loved it. We were there to go to the bear sanctuary and it was close by. The apartment was one of my favourites to date (and we have been here over a month). It was cute, quirky, clean, spacious and lacked nothing we needed. It is not a stay we will forget any time soon.

The owner was very nice and helpful. Also, a big plate with cheese, ham, sausages, bread and wine was waiting for us as well as various vegetables from the garden. This was very nice! We felt very well at House s&d!

We stayed in Croatia for one night only as on the way to Medjugorie. It was great chosen stay. The house is in small village with beautiful view. The house was very clean with all facilities even extra. I loved every little details like herbs or olive oil 😊 and I would recommend to anyone who likes piece and quite far from busy towns. The owner responded to any enquiry straight away. I would give 5 🌟

There was nothing we did not like. There are two tiny things that could be added: more hangers and a couple of shelves in the bathroom.

We liked the size of the property, cleanliness. The kitchen was supplied with everything one needs and even more. The fireplace was a bonus and very efficient.

Everything was just perfect.The location of the house is exceptional, it was quiet and safe with friendly neighbours . The house itself was very clean and very beautiful, it had everything we needed and the bed was very comfortable. The hosts are very very good people, they respond quick and are the best hosts a renter can hope for. Would have liked to stay a longer time. For sure woul come back

Very cozy place, very beautiful house! Excellent host Marko! Lots of interesting places around reaching by car. We didnt have time to explore all of them, unfortunately... Next time we go to visit Tesla home-museum, and hope to stay again at Markos wonderful place.

House is amazing! Even better than photos. It was more then enough space for five of us! One of the best place I stayed. Surroundings is calm and peaceful with only one small grocery store in walking distance.

We liked everything 😊

What did we like? The answer is pretty much straightforward as we LOVED everything - such a wonderful, cosy and welcoming place. Owners are such excellent hosts and beautiful people. They've made us feel welcome and comfortable during our stay and ensured we have all the relevant information needed. House was spotless on our arrival and decorated in such a unique way that they've thought of every detail. Wholeheartedly, we just can't recommend this place enough. We will be back at some point again!

Very calm and quiet location in the middle of the countryside. The house is completely renovated with a very beautiful interior and it's fully equipped. Marko and Anja are fantastic hosts and the breakfast was truthfully amazing. The small town of Otocac is about 5 minutes driving and it has multiple supermarkets and resturants and Plitvice lakes are about 50 minutes away.

Everything was perfect

We really enjoyed our short but very comfy stay at s&d house! House is located in the coutryside of Otočac, is fully equipped and hosts are really kind and helpfull. We recommend the house if you want to visit Gacka Valley, Velebit and Bear Sanctuary.

This place is so charming and well crafted. The location is scenic and peaceful, perfect for families! The house itself is spacious enough for four people and it is pet friendly. Hosts are super kind and helpful. Free parking right in front of the house as well. Highly recommend staying here!

Restaurants are further away, small fridge for people who want to cook in the home, it could be difficult if have perishables. There also were a lot of ants infiltrating the home when we got there. Bed wasn't too comfortable, but other than that a lovely and well kept home.

House S&D is a perfect place for those looking to get away and go back in time to a farming community that looks like it could be from a different era. Beautiful, breathtaking countryside. Close-ish to Plitvice & Velebit, although both of those areas are very far from everything.
