I think having a microwave in the room would be nice. Sometimes we ended up bringing food into the apartment and expecting to have something to warm it up.

The room was super clean and well organized. Our host Jelena welcomed us very professionally and shared all the necessary info with us. I am glad that we picked the property for our short stay.

The location was perfect, next to the center, supermarket and the beach itself. The place was super clean and well kept. Arriving it was really easy and they even kept a private parking spot for us. I would totally recommend it.

Size, location, host. When we first arrived the toilet in our suite was not working. However, the owner immediately came, fixed it, and upgraded us to a better suite without further charges.

Noise from cars if balcony door is open at night. Coffee provided, but no milk.

Excellent location near beach and city center. Free private parking at the back of the building. Room is big, bed is big and comfy, bathroom is clean and modern with a good shower suitable for very tall people. TV has apps like Netflix, but you need your own account. There's a small balcony.

Very comfortable room with all modern conveniences, modern decor, spacious bathroom and ample natural light. A/C worked great 👍! Love the contrasts in character of this communist era(??) building with the modern rooms. The clunky 2-person self-service elevator was delightful. Only a few hundred meters from a beautiful public beach. A 5-minute walk to Old Town and the Palace.

Quite disappointed that the breakfast was not in the building itself. We had to go to a nearby restaurant. This was not mentioned in the description of the property.

Enjoyed the location. Bed very comfortable. Clothes line was appreciated. Located in a very quiet area. Close to restaurants and transportation: buses, ferries. Since there isn’t a reception desk for this property, a meeting time was organized with owner which went quite well.

The location was good just a short walk to the old town, close to a beach and supermarket “Tommy“ and there was an excellent bakery across the road. The manager was very helpful suggesting boat tours, great swimming beaches at Omiš and some very good restaurants. Definitely we will come again.

The welcome we received from Jelena at the apartment was great and the surprise bottle of wine, fruit and biscuits was fabulous as myself and my husband were celebrating our 25th Wedding Anniversary. Jelena also helped us with our bags when we were leaving to go on our cruise. She went above and beyond and we would definitely recommend this apartment for a stay in Split.

A 2 min walk to the beach and about 5-7 mins to old town. Very comfortable bed, not too many steps like a lot of other accommodation in Split ( I think there is even an elevator for your luggage if need be). Air conditioning works fantastically and the host is extremely helpful. Would stay here again.

The suite was exactly as listed and even offered some surprises, like some free cool drinks and fruit. Everything was perfect, the apartment was close to all important places (train station, ocean, city center) while still being in a quiet part of the city. Communication with the host was great, we got a lot of help regarding check in time and suitcase storage. All in all nothing to complain about, I was pleasantly surprised and would visit again. Thank you for making our vacation stress-free and memorable!

Slightly odd enterance, you enter an apartment block and the rooms are on the second floor, not that clear when you arrive although the host was quick to come to get us and very helpful

Nice boutique feel, positioned between the beech and old town. Polite staff and communicated by WhatsApp which was very easy and convenient

Location was fantastic as it we could easily walk to the beach, centre of Split, the port and local amenities. Jelena checked us in and she thoroughly explained everything. It was great that there were coffee and tea facilities in the room as well as a mini fridge.
