Indoor pool has no lifeguard and people there don’t respect the rules and can become dangerous where there are also small kids there. Kids entertainment only in local language and staff at the reception also speak poor english. The parking is not enough to accommodate all guests and the alternative is in another location.

The hotel is located closed to the beach and to the city center and restaurants. It is clean and the food was good both for dinner and for breakfast. There is a nice indoor pool, kids club and outdoor pool. In the evening there is a band who sings till 11pm in the evening. A bit noisy if you have the room on that side but it dis not bothered us. We enjoyed the vacation at this hotel.

The very first thing that disturbed me was a size of the parking space. Despite I provided the car number plate, and asked for a parking lot, this was not available on our arrival, though a temporary solution was found. The staff provided with the information about the breakfast, but no other information was given unless we asked specifically (WI-FI options, for instance). The lobby is a bit outdated and not very convenient, though the outside area is very cozy. Rooms cleaning starts very early, which can be a bit disturbing.

The hotel has an excellent location, near to the sea and the city port, short walking distance to the city centre and to the Marina Kornati. It was, most likely, renovated recently, and the rooms are ok, with a nice view on the sea side (of course, not all of them). It is easy to find and access to the hotel is convinient. Around the hotel are several options for a walk or run, and shops are in a very short distance. The hotel has very useful on line pre arrival checking and check in is very smooth and quick. The hotel outter space on the sea side is very green, well maintained and cozy.

The parking space right next to the hotel is too small to accomodate all the guests' vehicles. We were offered to park our car at a parking lot approx. 100 metres from our hotel. They charged us a parking fee of 6 euros a day, which was too much considering the parking lot is not paved! There was a strange smell coming from the ventilation unit in our bathroom the first day of our stay.

The location of the hotel is perfect! It's very close to the town centre and right next to a few beaches and numerous restaurants. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Although our room could have had more space, it was clean and comfortable. The food served at beakfast and dinner was varied and tasty. There was a band playing at the terrace of the hotel each night of our stay, which we loved.

The air con in the room was weird to say the least - you could not adjust the temperature (it was set to 17 degrees) and the room would get really hot when the air con was not on. The bathroom was ok but nothing special.

The location is excellent - right on the beach and near the town centre. The food was really good - much better than expected since I don't eat meat. There were plant based drinks available at breakfast, as well as chia seeds, flax seeds etc. We had a lot to choose from and all the food was delicious.

Everything was ok. Some observations: rust visible on the shower at the inside pool (Should be changed. ) No free water during the diner. Water machine at wellness was empty and was not refilled during our visit.

Hotel has excellent location. Room equipments. Very good Breakfast and diner. Staff was very nice. Cleaning staff came every day to the room. Overall cleaningness was very good. Jacuzzi and wellness panorama is excellent

Rooms are really outdated. Bathroom with the size of a matchbox, no extra equipment like beauty or such. Rooms are not soundproof, AC working as an tractor, curtains are not light deep. The second room had continuously problems with the keycard, quite annoying when you have run to the reception several times a day. Do not expect fully equipped fitness area, rather bring running shoes and take a morning run I on the beach.

Lobby area was nice, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was ok, but nothing extraordinarily. Location is perfect, direct on the public beach, liked that it wasn’t crowded and no loud music disturbing. Staff was friendly and gave excellent recommendations for dinner

It is an old hotel, a bit refurbished but currently (2023 July) not in a good condition. The terrace door does not block the noise coming from outside, even the smoke from the neighboring terrace sweeps in at a closed door. Breakfast was OK, staff is ok (not too friendly but not rude). AC turned itself off during the night. Bathroom is really small. Sink was draining really slowly (we told the receptionist, but they did not fix it). Wifi was not working. From the 2 elevators only 1 was working, there was a line all the time, so we used the stairs instead. For one night it was ok, but there are better and cheaper hotels. Next time we stayed in an other one, so I know that for a fact :)

We were mislead with the wifi reception....was very poor....needed to go to Tonci every time for reception of wifi for our tablet.

Spa and jacuzzi wasn't available from 9-11 a.m. Doors of Spa Area were locked and on the reception desk they said it was locked because someone was taking massage in that moment. Very strange explanation. Also i didn't like the fact that parking wasn't available in front of hotel for us as a guest. I parked outside of hotel area and get parking ticket .

This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. If it was a 3 stars hotel and with a lower price - I wouldn't be so disappointed. 1. Old building that requires a lot of renovation. 2. Parking was full, it was difficult to find a place. We had to park our car 100 meters away in their second parking. 3. WiFi - biggest disappointment of the whole stay. There was no possibility to connect from the room. It kept interrupting, and was very slow. Most guests had to use mobile hotspots. The only place with good WiFi is downstairs at the hotel. Not acceptable in XXI century! 4. Hotel staff was unfriendly, unhelpful and uneducated. Nobody besides reception spoke English. It was impossible to communicate with waitresses and lady at the SPA (which was very nice by the way). I had to pay for a drink that I haven't ordered (I wanted hot tea, but received an ice tea). Waitress or reception didn't care about my complaint. 5. Food - it seems to be good only at the first sight. After couple of days, you notice that almost everything on breakfast is the same. The variety of dishes is poor, and you have to eat the same thing over and over again. 6. Coffee - it is absolutely disgusting. I have no idea why are you serving this to guests during breakfast. It doesn't even taste or smell like coffee. 7. Supper - if you book a room with supper included to the price, it turns out that drinks such as water, coffee or tea are extra paid. There was no information about it during reservation. The machine with hot water is covered with a white cloth during supper. 8. Room with a sea view is a huge mistake. You pay additional price, but nobody tells you that each evening from 21:00 till 23:30 downstairs is a live, very loud music that doesn't allow you to sleep. Especially not recommended for families with children. Closing balcony door doesn't help. 9. Cosmetics - no shampoo, just poor quality of shower gel. 10. Only two electric sockets in the room. 11.
