Great facilities, good breakfast buffet and a lovely walk away from the hectic places.

A fridge in the room would be nice. The tv has a maximum volume of 30 which isn't very high and meant that I couldn't hear it when the very loud air conditioning unit was turned on. The air con is controlled centrally so you can only click on or off. I could also hear every conversation in the hallway very vividly so would've liked to be able to turn up the tv volume a bit more. The hotel is also a bit distant from most of the action in Dubrovnik. There's a bus down the road which is handy to get to the old town but there isn't a very easy way to get to the airport without paying for a taxi.

Staff was very friendly and helpful and the neighbourhood is very quiet and calm. Seems to be a popular spot for pensioners on their bus tours. The breakfast had a decent array of options so I'd say it's pretty good value to go with breakfast. Overall I had a comfortable stay and the hotel has the basics you need. There's a supermarket right nearby as well which is nice!

The location is not very good. Indeed the bus stop to the city center is nearby, but the bus stop from city center to hotel is relatively far from hotel.

The cleanness was good. The breakfast was very good. Plenty of parking space in hotel parking lot.

Sound proofing of the rooms is not great. You can clearly hear people in other room and the corridors. You hear people walking and talking and banging doors all night, unfortunately. And as soon as it calms down and you think you can sleep again, it's the morning and you hear people taking showers, going down to breakfast...

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We arrived a little bit late but they still offered us dinner despite the restaurant closing soon and waited for us to finish. We were welcomed with smiles and kind words during check in, check out, and every time you crossed a member of the staff. Although the hotel was full and they couldn't offer a late check out the next day, the front day staff still remembered my request and offered to keep my bags and recommended where I could leave them in the old town. Finally, although it's not fine cuisine, both the dinner and breakfast buffets were very generous and very good value for money.

Breakfast was not the best. Sadly the juices were made from powder. So was the milk from the coffee machine (Cappuccino etc.). Bacon was greasy,...

I really appreciate how warmly I was greeted by the hotel staff, namely the receptionist Ivana. Thank you very much. The hotel ticks all the boxes in terms of location for me: a walkable distance to Dubrovnik bus station, Lapad beaches and the old town. The room surpassed my expectation. Not only was it spacious, clean and comfortable, but a good bonus was a balcony which I did not expect. It was lovely and quiet. Delicious breakfast with great choice. I could also leave my luggage in the hotel for the day after I checked out - really helpful.

Fact that hotel says has a shuttle but really doesn’t !

Schedule did not afford me time for the breakfast but it looked good. Beds comfortable, staff very helpful and professional, super location. Hotel advertises an airport shuttle. My expectation was that shuttle would be directly to and from the hotel. Advertising should be more informative making it known that there is access to the Dubrovnik shuttle with walking and/or public transport required to access shuttle.

The rooms themselves are quite dated and old-fashioned. The air conditioning whilst welcome was very noisy at night when you were trying to sleep. In the bathroom, the shower bottom had come away and as previously mentioned we had an issue with water flooding the bathroom.

The room was spacious and had a balcony which was a lovely surprise, the breakfast was varied and plentiful and the staff were friendly and polite. We had to report an issue with our shower in the bathroom which was resolved very quickly and we were kept informed by the very helpful receptionist. Good free parking facilities.

Breakfast and dinner served at the hotel were very enjoyable. A wide variety of choices every day. The staff has been really helpful for anything i needed (information regarding taxi or bus, reservation and services in general). The hostel was located near the sea, 10 min by walking. Same goes for restaurants and bars.

There are no sockets next to the bed. Actually, there was just 2 sockets in the entire room.

The bed is very comfortable, the breakfast was good, and all the staff was really nice. There's a bus stop to the old town a few meters from the hotel. It was also very easy to get an uber or a taxi.

Great option, if you're looking for a good priced solution in Dubrovnik for a night or two. The rooms are huge, the beds comfortable, breakfast very good and they have free parking (garage and in front). The bus stop to the old town is also close by.

Some of the restrictions were a little over the top. no food or drink allowed in rooms, no guests allowed in rooms, AC temperature setting was limited to 19 deg C or higher (not a big deal, that's cool enough), TV volume was limited to 30% ( I understand limiting it but that honestly is not loud enough.

Breakfast buffet was really good. Location was pretty good, a few blocks from the promenade and bus stop. Having a balcony was nice too.

Water in the rooms didn't run cold but staff happily gave me iced water from the bar for my water bottle.

The noise from the corridor travelled straight into the room which woke me up early. The room might be tight for more than one person.

The hotel was in a good location for a nights stay before boarding a boat. The room was clean and comfortable for one person. The breakfast had a lot of variety. I was grateful to be able to store luggage for a couple of hours after check out.
