A couple of slight quibbles, the aircon in the room was never QUITE cold enough .. it certainly works but we just couldn’t get the temperature we required. The blackout blinds in the bedroom didn’t quite cover the unusual shaped windows so there was just too much daylight getting in especially after a late night out .. the curtains in the main room were ideal so maybe this could be looked at to improve sleep quality? Finally the music at the pool area was just a bit too loud . I was there to read and relax and I found it quite intrusive . Again, this is just personal preference and we would definitely stay there again .

Lovely clean spacious apartments we stayed in the Deluxe apartment and it had everything we needed plus gorgeous sunset views .. all the staff were excellent and couldn’t do enough for us. Pool area is excellent and was never too busy . Food also great and nothing was too much trouble .. u requested avocado Thank you for a lovely stay one morning which they didn’t have but they literally went out and bought some ! Amazing! Thanks so much

Novalja is not the best part of Croatias coast, but Joel can be your starting point for exploring the rest of the island. :) Waiters in restaurant should learn wine cards, menus etc. :)

Joel is combination of beautiful, unobtrusive design and luxurious comfort. All the windows in hotel have magnificent views of mediterranian surroundings, there is relaxing music in the background and a lot of space for a low number of guest (it is aparthotel, after all), so you can be sure to find a little bit of peace and quite for yourself. Rooms are super comfy, with enormous bed, again a lot of space, beautiful view and fully equipped kitchen. What we liked most in Joel is true Croatian hospitality. In the background it is a family run hotel and you can feel it. And yes, there may be some tinniest details that could be improved, but nothing that could in any way jeopardize your perfect holiday :)

Everything was more than enough for us, Will come back for sure! The best thing there is the good attitude of every single one that works there.

Definitely Everything that they had to offer.. From the location, transportation, view, value for money , to the food that I regret that i ate 2 days out from the hotel for no reason but when i ate at the restaurant in the hotel it was way more better than out side.it our opinion.

My husband and I had an absolutely fabulous stay at Joel Hotel while we were visiting Pag Island for Sonus Festival (sans kids, bliss!). Lovely big rooms, huge and comfy beds, excellent food (the pool bar burger is probably one of the best burgers I've had, and we had a lovely meal from the restaurant on our balcony the last night of our stay), the view was stunning, and all staff were very friendly and polite (Adnan is probably the loveliest concierge I've met), and no request was too much trouble. A perfect stay, highly recommend.

Housekeeping for a 4Star hotel was not acceptable, on arrival the toilet paper was almost finished,the beds looked like somebody had sat on them (so creased), and the whole 3 days we were there the rubbish bins were never emptied and was Never vacuumed either. As said besides housekeeping duties all was fantastic.

The hotel is fabulous. It fully justified all my expectations. The rooms are large and modern, even bigger than in the pictures. The view from the terrace to the sea and Novalja is beautiful. The cleanliness of the rooms is at a high level, so that in the age of the corona one feels quite safe. The food in the restaurant is high quality food and there is enough of it. Note, A la carte food in the restaurant is perfect! The hotel has a small pool but is more than enough to enjoy it with having your own privacy. The pool is also positioned so that you have a beautiful view of Novalja and the sea. Each guest has a secured parking space, covered with sun protection. It's great that the price includes bicycle rental. I especially emphasize that hotel staff, especially Adnan, are very professional, cordial, kind and at your disposal in every way.

The staff was extraordinary, super kind and helpful. The appartement is very big and very convenient with all its equipment : a cool kitchen, a big table, a great bathroom. We loved it.
