We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomI booked 9 months ago into a junior suite with a balcony overlooking the park. I actually got a ground floor suite with a terrace overlooking scrubland right next to the noisy lifts and a disabled access bathroom which, when you turned the shower on, flooded the bathroom.

If you book for less days they will just try to give you bullshit view and not so clean room and charge you way more than what was the price for the bullshit room. Also staff is super rude except the summer interns who are bringing your car from the parking. They gave me elegant room for the premium room price and not even bothered to pay the difference back.On asking they just gave me free car parking of 28 euros. I paid 922 euros for 2 nights for an elegant room and the front desk mistakenly mentioned that the cost for 2 nights is 738 euros around.Also I checked through Booking.com site about the room rates.
The outside beach was well maintained and clean. Breakfast was good and the staff at breakfast was great too.

No espresso machine in the room, but when you look at the view you just forget about the lack of coffee machine
Incredible views, beautiful beaches, beach club is great and very lively, gym is very well equipped which is a rare find. Staff at the Spa, marina restaurants and sports bar all very helpful and accommodating. The breakfast experience is the best we've had at a hotel.

IrelandStaff at reception were extremely unpleasant, never a smile on their faces and everything was a hassle. I booked a sea view room expecting it to be a marina view room as advertised in the photographs but this was not the case, I asked to change to a marina view for at least 1 night of the 5 night stay and was told it was not an option as other people had booked them. There is no option to book a marina view room, they are only advertised as sea view (very misleading). Prices of food and drink are extortionate. There is not a lot of other food options in the area. While Google maps states the hotel is a 15 minute ride from the old town of Split, it can take up to 40 minutes during the high season.

We received rotten fish as lunch, with the room service. The fish really smelled very bad, the waiter confirmed. I travelled with 3 children and I received rotten food, in a 5 stars hotel. And it is very very expensive, on top of that.

Breakfast good. Location - needed taxi to main town £50 each way. Would be good to have a shuttle service. Many 5 star hotels I have stayed in have this. No complimentary transfer taxi to/from airport. Price for food and drink expensive compared to local area
