Arrived to 26’ heat but outdoor pools were closed, no outside bar / drink service by pool, car parking spaces in garage are tight, dogs in hotel - one was barking near our room unattended. Loud Entertainment in foyer area could be heard in rooms. Hotel the ambience of a shopping mall combined with a 90’s corporate HQ.

Great beach and pool area, modern stylish hotel with large rooms, big selection for breakfast. Easy walk in to town for dinner.

Internet bi mogao malo bolje da radi, u sobi ne hvata dobar signal, a na terasi uhvati.

The breakfast was poor. Lots of things but little done well. Bread was of poor variety/quality, the eggs were not presented well. There was no menu choice for breakfast. It never varied one iota. Things like fruit, olives etc were basic and neither unusual nor attractive.

Hotel building very pleasant if a little soulless. Staff (esp reception/concierge) friendly and excellent. Spa was very good.

Lone is our favorite hotel, we are visiting Lone since 2019 every year. It’s comfortable, clean, the location is perfect, staff is very polite and helpful, food and drinks superb!

On our third visit we notice a decline in the quality of the staff. Some of the staff are less friendly and service-oriented than they used to be. One major problem we found was the fact that the breakfast staff was uninformed about food allergies. The food labels are often incorrect, e.g. a 'vegan' dish contained dairy upon inquiry and it turned out the cook didn't know what vegan meant. I am not vegan, but I do have a dairy allergy and this meant I couldn't trust the food labels nor the staff anymore.

The hotel is beautifully designed. Minimalistic, yet not sterile. The location is beautiful, great views and lovely walks nearby. Breakfast is great. The spa is gorgeous. This was our third time at Lone, there is a reason we keep coming back.

The concept of beer place in the main restaurant for dinner was a little strange to us. Especially, because the region is offering so much more than burger, fries and beer. The vegan options are very very limited and the ones they have are absolutely not worth the price neither and completely inapropriate for the location. I believed that this would have been improved since the previous year we stayed there, but unfortunately not. I would really recommend that the chefs take courses outside of Croatia to learn about vegan cooking. The Spa is really nice, but the people are very loud, not respecting others peaceful time at all, people conducted phone calls and had loud meetings in the silent area, I would wish that the staff pays more attention to this and makes the guest aware that it's a silent area when handing out the sauna towels for example. In addition I didn't like that in the restaurant the kids were using the phone watching videos and playing games, which was very loud. I was surprised that the staff didn't say anything to the guest interrupting everyone else (it wasn't only us feeling bothered). We then asked the family kindly to lower the volume.

The property is in a beautiful bay, breakfast is excellent, room was really nice facing the forest and bit of the sea, staff was also nice and helpful. I liked that the team remembered that we came for the third year in a row and offered us complimentary prosecco. Especially during off season it's a perfect place to relax, with the sea and beautiful park area around.

The reading light beside the bed was too low for reading—design over function.

It goes without saying that the hotel, view, interior and surroundings were gorgeous. What really surprised me it that this hotel is really committed to reducing plastic waste. The three days we spent here were completely plastic-free. The very high-end bathroom cosmetic was in aluminium tubes. There were no plastic bags inside the bins. The water bottles (replaced daily) were glass etc. Honestly, I loved it!
