We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SloveniaInsufficient variety of fruits especially for breakfast. If you come to lunch/dinner later there is a smaller choice of food and salads. Very slow refill of coffee cups and cutlery at breakfast, also slow refill of food at lunch and dinner (there were no deserts refilled for at least 30 minutes) and if you ask for it you seem like a “burden” to the waiters.
The view and location are excellent! Also great bar and very nice bartenders.

CroatiaStaff at bar was exceptionally slow, actively ignoring new people that sit at tables. Lacking of meat at dinner since it's refilled slowly. Sad that this hotel is that big and good looking but most of facilites are partially working (saunas, spa) because they don't have enough workers.
Staff working at reception was helpful and polite. Quick and easy check-in. Room was big and clean. Food in hotel restaurant was tasty.

Hungarysome og the straff did nit speak a word in english, so it was hard to commumicate if we needed something, at breakfast or at the pool area. the staff at the recepcion was very friendly and spoke well english too. the were some construction in the room we booked so they had to give us a smaller room, but they were nice and apologized with a bottle of champagne. sadly chef was not working at the beach restaurant when we were there.
The hotel has a really nice poor and bar area with direct access to the sea with comfortable beach beds and a bar. The rooms were nice and most of the staff too. breakfast was ok, but could have been a bigger selection.

FinlandAll the described facilities was not in use in june, because off-season, we weren’t aware of this before going to the hotel. Photos looked better than the actual place. Restaurant food was not in line with the price. Another one of us ate once the dinner (20€, not included drinks) and that was enough, quality was poor. Breakfast was 2/5. Nearby hotel were restaurants where to eat (1-6km).
Private, nice pool and beach areas. Cristal clear water. Room was good and clean with beautiful view. Really nice personnel.

FinlandRoom and bed was big. Bathroom was old. We didn't had a time to go sauna and Jazuzzi, it was closing at 19:00. No air heat pump for get room colder. No information about spa opening hours at room or reception desk flyers.
Swimming pools and blue sea with private beach. It was about 1h from Pag center. About 1,5 hours drive to Zadar old town. Breakfast was ok, not the best, but still good.

SlovakiaI think, that just few small things needs to be done. Maybe it is nessesary for manager to try hotel like a guest. Few anyonig general things: 1. constant lack of cups for tea at breakfast 2. missing description of dishes at dinner 3. no teaspoons 4. No staff in wellness 5. Missing cups in wellness 6. Almost all showerhead in wellness was damaged I believe, that it is easy to fix these defects. It is possible that I will go there again next year.
Nice hotel with great pool and very close to beach. Staff was nice too. We used saunas during bad wheather.

SlovakiaI appreciate the plant milk (soy, rice, almond), but there were not many meal options for vegans especially missing some source of protein other than meat. Could have more parking spaces.
Great location with a private beach with lots of places to lie down. I appreciated that it was not crowded, great place to relax. Breakfast was delicious, dinner was ok. Room was clean, trash taken out every day and towel were replaced after 2 days. Wifi was good. Kind staff, they were able to accomodate us before noon.

CroatiaFood for dinner was lacking local dishes, especially side dishes with chard and main dishes with fish and lamb (lamb is characteristic for Island of Pag). Wellness was included in price but only 2 out of 4 saunas were working. Also, on one or two occasions, we would have to ask the staff to turn on a sauna before using it, although it was supposed to work form 14 till 19 everyday. Also we had a feeling that there wasn't enough staff on board: indoor bar (mini club) wasn't working, and wellness also didn't have any staff behind the desk during working hours.
Location was great, small village and very relaxing. Hotel was clean and the staff was accommodating. Entertainment during night: Fire show performer was excellent and the dancers with the light sticks where great too.
