These are not really negative aspects, but just somethings that a visitor should know before arriving. 1) About the breakfast: You get a token for the breakfast at another cafe two streets away from the accommodation. After our first day, we preferred to go to another cafe, as the variety was not really so great. 2) Considering it is not really a hotel, but just rooms, a shared (or in the room) kitchenette area may have been good.

The property is located on the small peninsula attached attached to the mainland Croatia. One should be informed that these are not hotel rooms they are furbished apartment rooms. Most of the properties in this area were refurbished rooms as no new construction is allowed because of the heritage-protected status of this area. The host is friendly and will inform you of all the tourist attractions in the area. The room was very clean and beds comfortable. They were generous with toiletry supplies in the room. The host accommodates your request for invoice to the company.

We were greeted by the property manager who took the time to explain everything to us and made so many wonderful recommendations. The rooms are bright and beautifully decorated, spacious and spotless. All of the added touches were very considerate as well. The location could not have been better. Everything was so close to the hotel we were able to drop off packages and make stops throughout the day. I can highly recommend the hotel.

For the price we were expecting someone would be coming into the room daily to make up the bed and refresh the towels.

Very clean and in an amazing location. Right in the center of it all. With that being said it was a bit loud at night. Inga was a brilliant host and very good source of information of her city.

Parking is a challenge in Zadar. No issue connecting with the host and meeting them at the property but there’s not someone at the property.

Great hostess! Explained all there is to see in Zadar and gave us great restaurant recommendations. Room was comfortable and conveniently located near the Main Street in the Old Town, yet was quiet.

Perfect location, high standard of the room - spacious bathroom fully equipped with needed cosmetics, very comfortable bed, crib for the baby included in the price, coffee machine and capsules!! Extremely clean. Cleaning service.

Although the apartment is situated in the very center of the old town of Zadar which is during summer months full of tourists, we could not hear outdoor noise thanks to the good sound isolation. We were warmly welcomed and guided through the city map and were given the welcome bottle of wine, along with some snacks and minibar drinks that are included in the price.

We felt the price per night at this property is slightly higher than the similarly sized properties and with similar facilities provided elsewhere in Balkan nations and a few EU nations. Soundproofing the walls may help the guests as sounds from the adjoining rooms are audible.

The property location is excellent. It is centrally located in the old town near tourist attractions and also the point from where the excursions start. Also, for those who arrive by bus from the airport, it is close to the last stop in Liburnska Obala. Ms Inga, who represented the property, helped us with all our queries promptly before, during and after our stay in Zadar. She connected us to people who helped us with the private transfers from the airport to Plitvice Lakes National Park and Dubrovnik. She ensured that our stay in Zadar was comfortable. My family members and I had a memorable stay in Zadar.

This facilitie is very nice. Exact location is in heart of Kalelarga, most famous and beautiful street in Zadar. Everything was clean and the host were very welcoming and easy to communicate. Would book again!

The room was very clean, well presented, and in a great location near the heart of the old town. There is a climb of three flights of stairs to reach your room but the small reception hall is warm and welcoming. Once inside the pristine room it had a remarkably comfortable bed, a walk in shower, a well stocked mini fridge, and more (hairdryer/iron etc) The simple lighting options meant you could relax in ambient light. With the windows open you could take in the sunshine and hear the hustle and bustle of daily life in Zadar and at night with the windows closed you could get a peaceful sleep. It gets very hot in October in Croatia it was difficult to cool the room down. Inga was a wonderful host, kind, helpful and informative - she knew all the best shops, restaurants and attractions.and helped us out with some additional beach towels. A light breakfast was served in a cafe a short walk away which was a good set up for the day, it was a voucher system which Inga provided when we arrived - simple and hassle free.

The Host is incredibly, she is super nice and talkative. The apartment is beautiful and good located. The breakfast was a little small (it is in the cafeteria). But anyway I would like to visit this accommodation again. Highly recommend.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Super clean, no dust, wonderful and fluffy towels and clean bedding, luxurious bathtub with bubble bath etc. Inga the host was absolutely amazing - my colleagues initially order a taxi and the taxi dropped us at another hotel - that of a colleague - and wouldn’t take me further to my accommodation. I immediately contacted Inga who was absolutely amazing and quickly arranged a taxi for me from my location. What a helpful and charming person! I’m eternally grateful!
