Only a 15-minute easy walk from the city center hides a small luxury pearl with rooms where a stay is the true definition of a vacation. Extremely clean and tidy rooms. On the roof of the building there is a swimming pool with a view of the city of Zadar that takes your breath away, especially during sunset. The hospitality is beyond all expectations, the owners are always at your service to fulfill all our wishes. My highest recommendations for booking this property!

A beautiful place with comfortable and clean rooms. Communication and self check-in were great. We got answer to every question quickly. The lady serving the breakfast is very friendly. The jacuzzi from the balcony was perfect for relaxation.

With small kids the walk to the old town is a little bit to far. Plenty of parking possibilities in Zadar so this shouldn’t be to much of an issue.

The cleanliness and comfortable room. The rooftop pool is small but refreshing. Nice to have an overview of the city. The friendliness of the staff. They really go the extra mile to make your holiday as easy and comfortable as could be! They even brought extra sweets during breakfast for our kids.

The room was very big, the family of four fit easily in. Everything was super clean. Communication and self check-in were great. We got answer to every question quickly. They even sent us a long list of tips to visiting Zadar before arrival. After arrival we got a message saying 'Breakfast is served under the old olive tree in the garden from 8 to 10 AM.' This was the most symphatetic breakfast spot in my whole life. The lady serving the breakfast was very friendly and took into account that we were traveling with kids. She told them facts about local football players and this really made their day! ♥️ Rooftop terrace with nice little pool was a great place to spend some of the hottest hours of the day. Would definitely recommend from all my heart.

The building was spotless and the staff were really helpful and friendly. We were allowed to leave our luggage and return later. The rooms were a great size with large balcony. The pool on the roof top was lovely with great views to relax and there was area to shelter to get some shade.

The couple who own the hotel couldn't be more helpful and polite. The views over the town is spectacular, sunset from the rooftop and pool is first class. The whole place is pure luxury top to bottom. They owners made us feel reassured after a bad experience with taxi from airport. We arrived very late at night and they couldn't be more accommodating to make us feel at ease having just arrived in country. Quiet out of town luxury apartment, fantastic view, beautiful rooms, and a nice 15 minute walk to town. Don't miss out!!

The room is just incredible. The bed is extremely comfortable and the bathroom is wonderful. The balcony with jacuzzi is just perfect for a relaxing moment. The rooftop with the pool is really beautiful. For our honey moon, I had asked to host to have something special and our request has been accepted. I recommend this place at 1000%, the location is just perfect and the host is present and attentive. Thank you !!

Nothing at all, everything was very good.

We came from Poland and we chose La Vie randomly based on the photos and for the first time we were so positively surprised! The place is even more beautiful than they show. Location is perfect if you are looking for a peaceful and quiet area without the noise of passing cars and still the distance from the center is completely imperceptible. On the roof you can enjoy the pool & the beautiful view. The room is spacious, very clean and has a beautiful bathroom. It must be practicly impossible to keep everything 100% perfect but yet this place is almost there. I would love to come back very soon!

Those steps from the beach, but it is worth it!
