We received a welcome from Marja who promptly met us when we arrived. The apartment is close to the old town so it was very convenient. Bed was comfortable and the place was lovely and clean.

The bed wasn't very comfortable and you had to sit in the bath tub to use the shower as it didn't have a wall attachment.

The room was much larger than we expected and it felt very homely. Maria was very helpful and friendly. Very close to the trams and train station. Highly recommended 👌

The place with character and amazing, unique design throughout, two spacy rooms. As central as it gets yet quiet since great window insulation. Super comfortable beds. Wonderful host, I was able to leave luggage for a few days and pay later as I forgot to bring enough cash at first.

First and foremost, we were surprised we were asked to pay in cash during check-in. So we needed to go and search for an ATM machine immediately. Furthermore, we received a bill only one day before leaving (we stayed 4 nights). Second, the floor was very slippery and we needed to walk very carefully in the places where carpet was placed. Third, the bathroom did not have a very pleasant smell. Finally , it is a very small thing, but there were only smaller towels in the bathroom.

The interior of the apartment is exceptional. Central location and easy to reach all the interesting tourist spots. Very close to the train station. The apartment has a small refrigerator and water kettle+cups and glasses. Very well working air-conditioning, which was priceless during the hot days we were in Zagreb. The price we paid was for sure worth it.

Just a little bit hard to find when arriving at night.

Fantastic host great location so central close to centre and train station,tram stop, bus station short tram ride away. Apartment we very quiky furnished very comfortable very well done.Bath with hand held telephone shower maybe hose could be just a bit longer. Would definitely stay again.

Not exactly a criticism, but I found it awkward to use the shower attachment over the very sizeable corner bath. With no shower curtain I was worried about getting water on the floor. Maybe there's a knack that I'm not aware of.

Our hostess met us at this charming guest house, one of the quirkiest places we have ever stayed. She gave us a map and umbrella and sent us out to explore while she took care of the load of washing we had accumulated. After a short time the sun came out and we enjoyed finding our way around Zagreb. There was an electric kettle so we were able to make coffee, a bonus.

As the bathroom had no windows the property was quite damp throughout, with the bedding and towels smelling of a damp quite quickly. A dehumidifier would make a world of difference!

Main downside would be bathroom. Some unpleasant smells were coming from it. Nothing major and something I already noticed in some other apartments in older building, but still, it was present.

Really unique place with huge amount of details and decorations, but that doesn’t seem artificial or too much. Location is amazing, close to everything but it is still quiet for the city centre. Host was also great and I can recommend this place. Also, it was very very clean, which amazed me given the amount of stuff all around the place.
