We loved everything about this place, The warm welcome from Lydia, the tips on where to go etc., The location was great, just off People's Square, no distance to pubs, restaurants, boats, buses and the sea. The apartment was ideal, spotless, really comfortable and had everything we needed including some lovely wine and snacks. Thank you so much Lydia, we hope to be back again before too long.

This beautiful and spacious studio, right in the centre of the Old Town, but was quiet at night. Everything in the apartment smelled so fresh. There was everything we could possibly need, Thank you 😊

I really enjoyed Zadar and this apartment was a great choice. The location is excellent, just a few meters from Kalelarga, the main street. In addition, it is only 10 minutes from the sea organ and the greeting to the sun. It is equipped with everything you could need and feels like a home. Lidija was an amazing host! I hope to return to Zadar and stay here again :)

Love the location , room was immaculate. Had a boutique vibe so comfy and comfortable, very fresh feeling. Lidia is just a lovely incredibly kind person , gave great recommendations of where to eat, things to do. Was very efficient made us feel so welcomed. We loved everything.

The TV is a bit difficult to use but it isn't a big issue when you are there to see the sights and not spend time in your room.

Great communication with owners. Superb, quiet location just off the main square. Clean and cosy room with great facilities including a coffee machine with capsules. Good recommendations for restaurants in the old town.

We were so lucky to find this studio apartment for our stay in Zadar. It had everything we needed. It was spotlessly clean, plenty space for clothes, it had a great shower, ideal kitchen area, comfortable bed and cute wee balcony which got the sun in the afternoon. The temperatures when we arrived were in the 30s and the air conditioning made such a difference. The location was brilliant, centrally located in the Old Town in a lane between two of the main streets running across the city. Lidia was the perfect host, she went out her way to help us with instructions and information. There were also a couple of small bottles of wine left to welcome us, which was a lovely touch.

I don't think there was anything that we didn't like.

Spacious, clean, well maintained and in a good location. Lidia couldn't have done more to ensure that we knew how to find it (not always easy inside an old city).

The location was fantastic,in the middle of the old town with no noise at all . The apartment was bigger than we expected, well laid out , with lots of extras. Oliver & Lidia are brilliant hosts , nothing is too much trouble. Lidia provided us with an excellent list of restaurant recommendations . I would recommend this apartment to all age groups.

Immaculate room with all the impressive setup and surprising details. The communication with the owner was very easy and smooth. She is very helpful and friendly, made us felt very welcome from the very beginning on. The room is located perfectly center in Zadar old town tucked in a relatively quiet street. Where you get to enjoy both conveniences being close to all the restaurants, shops, and emenities, at the same time get to enjoy a cup of coffee on your quiet relaxing balcony. Highly recommended!

Nothing I can think of!

The apartment is very well situated in Zadar. You can visit the most interesting things on foot. We had everything we needed in the apartment. It was very clean and comfortable. The contact with the owner was fantastic! We arrived early in the morning and we could leave our suitcases earlier. The same thing happened at the checkout-we had extra time to enjoy Zadar without suitcases! we highly recommend the apartment!
