Apartment located in quite newly built building, so it is modern and well organized. It has parking lot in the building which is very comfortable, quite close to the Old Town. It had all needed amenities. I loved the idea of self check-in, which was well desceibed by the host. It was very good choice.

I would appreciate light curtains on living room windows for more daytime privacy. There are electric shutters, but putting them down immediately makes the room quite dark.

What a lovely place to stay! Everything was exactly as promised. We could easily find the address and the self-check-in keys, park our car in the very safe garage, and enjoy a very nice stay at the apartment. It is so relaxing to spend your time in a completely new building, new apartment, exceptionally clean and tastefully designed. Bed was comfortable with electric plugs on both sides to charge our phones and ipad, and bedroom was separated from the living/dining room. Bathroom is spacious, with nice big shower and good water pressure. Kitchen is very sanitary and very well equipped, we enjoyed a nice complimentary cup of tea sitting on balcony/loggia. Even though apartment is situated on a corner of a rather busy street, the sound isolation of windows is fantastic! This same street, on the other hand, is getting you fast whichever direction you want to go. We walked for 20 min to dinner in old town, and took a cab back for only like 5 euro. There is shopping mall in close proximity with some good cafes, bakery, fresh fruit and veggies, cash machines, drug stores, everything... Overall, just huge thanks to owners for making it such a perfect place to stay!

We really loved it! It is a spotlessly clean and very beautiful apartment. No meter you do not meet the owner directly, you will get the greetings and farewell messages so it feels very nice. The location is also very good!

The bed could be more comfortable. Honestly, the only downfall.

It was very clean, up to date and felt like a home away from home. It was walking distance to Old town and there are 2 cafes in the same apartment building/area for breakfast, coffee, etc. Antonio was very quick to respond and helpful. The AC works great and a big bonus in that summer heat. The little balcony was perfect! Pretty well provisioned for an apartment rental.

Very well equiped and modern apartment ideal for couples. Has a nice little private balcony to enjoy cup of coffee in the morning. Kitchen has enough dishes to cook and enjoy your own meals. We had a nice relaxing weekend and will definitely come back again.

Very modern, clean and comfortable apartment with easy check in/check out. Location is close to bus station and few bigger stores. We had everything we needed and could get everywhere by foot. Would love to come back to this place again. :)

if you are walking towards the old town or the beach and are less mobile or elderly the walk may be slightly too far. it doesn’t take more than 15/20 minutes but that may be too far for some.

gorgeous apartment with plenty of amenities for three of us, comfort bed and an elevator for luggage as well as building parking for if you are bringing a car. there is a nice balcony too ! we didn’t use the tv so can’t comment on that but this apartment had everything we needed. it is along a pleasant walk to Zadar old town and has lots of shops and restaurants near by.

The apartment looks exactly as in the pictures, everything was spot on clean, inside the place you will find literally everything you would need to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Would even say that the service level offered is better than in a hotel. The hosts are super kind, replied quickly to all our messages and welcomed us with a bottle of wine and fruit/water. Apartment's location is excellent, the old city centre is very close (ca. 10 min by foot), in the same building you will find a bakery and a supermarket for all your grocery needs so you don't need to use the car and can leave it conveniently in the garage place offered by the hosts. Overall, would highly recommend this place for any visit to Zadar.

Stayed 3 nights. Beautiful decor, great location 5 min to main bus station 10 to beach, comfortable, well equipped in what you need and probably more, secured parking. Very good communication with the owner. Many thanks.
