I have visited this hotel twice since its opening and can compare the quality of cleanliness to that of the staff, who now seem to pay noticeably less attention than when the hotel first opened. However , the reception staff are still amiable and helpful

The modernly designed rooms look fantastic. The breakfast served in the restaurant is delicious, with a good variety of dishes available.

The only thing I did not like was that I left my Canadian/Europe electric adapters in the room and had o go back to fetch them but I suppose that is not the fault of the hotel.

We liked absolutely everything about the hotel. First while checking in we were offered a glass of wine. You know, you only have one chance to make a good first impression and they made it. Room was great, breakfast spectacular. While the cost to stay was not cheap, it was good value

My only complaint would be the air conditioning was not working, as the weather had been quite cold, so either have heat or air conditioning. During our stay the weather was mild and we therefore had to open the window to keep the room cool, but being on the city side the trams were running frequently till late and early in the morning, so the room was noisy. Obviously had the air con been on we would not have opened the window and the room would have been quiet peaceful. That being said it would not stop me staying here again, as everything else was superb.

Lovely hotel in a great location and staff could not have been more helpful. Breakfast in the rooftop restaurant was great with a good choice of options and you were not rushed to leave, so could have a really leisurely start to the day. Room was light, airy and well equipped as was the bathroom.

This has nothing to do with hotel itself, but some taxi driver don't know the hotel yet and don't drive up to the entrance but stop at the next cross road. The hotel staff helps, but in case of having booked a taxi or an Uber yourself look out down the road where the driver awaits you. The windows can't be opened which I prefer but A/C was working well.

The hotel is brand-new and super well equipped with all that can be dreamed of. The breakfast is freshly prepared and selections can be made on a menu which will be swiftly served. When sunny the top level offers a terrace with nice view and the chance for sun. Staff is very helpful and when I arrived I didn't now about the parking procedure, but it's easy as all is valet parking and no extra fee and you can get hold of your car any time. The location is close the central pedestrian zone of the city and you need to be brave enough to drive up the street until you see the hotel drive-in. The bar is well equipped and bar-keepers are looking after you. If one wish is free - Beer on the tap would be nice to have instead of bottles only, but that is a problem in Zagreb in general.

There is some light spill from the outer ends of the curtains at night which allows bright outside light from the atrium into the bedroom ...not great if one prefers a very dark bedroom.

Excellent über trendy boutique hotel just off Zagreb central square . Superb luxurious bedroom/bath room with overall standard of accommodation 1st class true 5star luxury . Food in restaurant was superb and service in both restaurant ,bar and reception again all excellent . Highly recommended .

Access to the hotel with a car. It’s so close to the pedestrian zone that the Google map direction is not helpful. I did call the front desk and got proper instructions how to drive in, then greeted by the nicest valet parking person.

Absolutely everything! From the hotel to the customer team service, biggest praises. Front desk manager Željka was nice and helpful, great service from bell boys, Marijo at the restaurant provided great service and everyone I got in contact with was amazing. Hotel is clean, beautifully decorated and furnished. Rooms are specious, with modern decor and calming ambiance. Curtains are automatic , bed is big and comfortable. Location is perfect, 10 m from the main square and from there on, many important locations are walking distance.

I just loved the location, right next to the city center and the staff were so professional and accomodating and the rooms are so spacious and clean. I can not praise the hotel enough. They brought us anything we needed from kleenex to bottled water and the toiletries are all Molton Brown, which I adore!
