Amazing breakfast buffet with a lot of variety. The pool, gym and sauna are also great. And because of those facilities, it doesn't matter that much if it is not super hot or sunny every day. Great off-season location!

In a self serving bar - for breakfast and dinner - I'd prefer less variety and perhaps better quality of food. One of the towels in the room was not fresh.

The breakfast was very good, I cannot mention anything I missed. The rooms are clean, comfortable. The weather was not good for a walk but the surroundings seemed very nice. They beach was close.

Food was not what we expected for a 5 star hotel, that was the only disappointing thing we had there. Breakfast was solid. For dinner there was not a wide choice of food, and it wasn't that tasty. Also, the place where the food was served is a bit narrow and it gets crowded very fast so it can happen that you are waiting in a line for some time.

The room was perfectly clean. Great size, great view. Really no objections, other than maybe more details when it comes to decoration, but that' s just my preference. I must admit that sound isolation is excellent! Parking was free, easily accessible. The location of the hotel is great, close enough to the city center and beaches.

Spa (pool, saunas) is lovely but unfortunately bit small for such amount of people.

There is nothing in the room to hang your wet bathing suits or ropes. The saunas are small and they are not open at 8.30 as stated. We had two massages, one was great, the other one ended in 30minutes (it was supposed to be 55min massage) but the hotel was very helpful and gave us a refund on that massage.

The hotel is very clean and tidy, the staff is great, very friendly and helpful. The location is great. The breakfast and dinner buffet offer a variety of food that are delicious.Even though the hotel was full you still don't get the feeling that is crowded. A great relaxing stay.

spacious apartment on the fifth floor, with many and large windows, with a view of the sea. at sunset the view was wonderful. small attentions such as welcome macaroons, althouse teas, and at dinner today's catch of fish and delicious ham and cheeses. service fast and professional. wellness stylishly equipped, never too busy, . the hotel exceeded our expectations

The overall quality of the service went a bit down compared to our previous stays. Maybe it was just the fact that the hotel wasn’t really prepared for being fully booked at that time, but one could feel the difference. The check out was a bit dissapointing - definitely not 5* treatment especially for (now already) regular hotel guests who use a lot of extra services in the hotel facilities - we felt like they couldn’t get rid of us faster (and there was definitely no crowd at that moment on the check out). That last moment made the stay a bit less good.

The restaurant staff was amazing as usual - very kind, caring, and professional! Even though the hotel was fully booked and dinner was divided into two groups (which we didn’t like at all), the staff didn’t treat us as “just numbers”, they have been providing the 5* treatment we were expecting!

We missed a drying stand to dry wet beach towels and swimming dress.

Food (dinner half-board and breakfast) was very good, with excellent variery, fresh and continuously renewed, with a comfortable timetable for meals. The room was nice and bright, air conditioning worked fine with not much noise, TV was reasonably large with a good set of programmes, WiFi in the room worked fine (but not exceptional), bathroom was bright and fine. Parking space at the premises was available (and happened to be free of charge), although it can become difficult to find a parking space when there are many guests. Didn't use the smallish indoor pool or wellness, so we can't comment on this, looked fine. The nearest beach is very close, just across the road, and is fine. Crikvenica is a nice resort overall, we had a great time (and good weather) and no complaints.

I did not realize that the small area by the hotel literally closes up on Oct 1. So, many restaurants and shopping stores were already closed. It was a bit of a "ghost town" feel but it made the beach and restaurants less crowded. A huge group (40 people?) stayed there the first night and partied literally right below our 2nd story window - SCREAMING, chanting, etc. I wished the hotel would require some level of restraint for other guests' comfort. Lastly, one server in the bar was, as we named him, "Mr. Crabby Pants"...other than him, everyone was warm and welcoming.

Breakfast was superb! Room was comfortable with a beautiful view of the sea. We had a spacious balcony overlooking the street and beach. The staff, except for one person, was great! Easy parking onsite, walked to restaurants and shopping.
