RomaniaThe aqua in the inside pool and jacuzzi is too cold for relax, the design and the furniture in the room didn't corespond to a 5 stars hotel , the clean in some days are very poor (in one the day the cleaning personal didn't enter in the room to change towel, emty the garbage, refill paper and shower gel)

CroatiaIn the time of the meals waiters were circling around and all the time asking questions till the level it became enjoyable. We have requested to get more coffee and tea bags to the room, but never got it.
Great Location. Very nice staff on Reception. Our Room was upgraded and we got 2 bottles of wine while leaving. The food offer wasn’t huge, but everything was tasty. The view from the pool is great.

The location is amazing. They renewed the place few years ago and they have 5 stars now. I travel quite a lot and I can say that they deserve 5 stars. The staff is good and helpful. Good thing is that they have their own parking which is not so common in Crikvenica. It definitely is good value for the money! The room was clean, I got a bowl of fruit when I come and good view! The pool is not very big but it is nice.

Absolutely beautiful stay! The staff was extremely nice, room was spacious and clean. Good location and the parking garage was great. The breakfast and dinner (half board option) was really good and the spa facilities were good as well. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a couple of nights.

HungaryWe liked the rooms, the breakfast selection, and the wellness area, but I would give a strong 4+ instead of a 5-star.
Choose this hotel off-season if you want to relax in a quiet, sea-view environment close to small restaurants, with an attractive price/value ratio. The staff is very kind, despite the fact we could get our rooms late because of cleaning. The team was accommodating and flexible; they compensated the waiting with free parking for the whole stay and two bottles of goodbye wine.:)

The hotel is newly adapted. Combinations of a historic building with a new one. Right next to the sea. Beautifully decorated, classic elegance. Comfortable rooms, excellent service, good food. Attentive staff. Wellness with long working hours, which is a great convenience, as well as a long breakfast until 11 a.m. A gift of wine on departure, a very thoughtful gesture. :-) Parking is available, but in the off-season there are enough spaces in the city parking lot. Likewise, in the off-season, the price of parking is reasonable, on Sundays there is no charge.

Awesome hotel, even got some fruit platter on the room for free and some wine bottle as a gift when leaving. Very nice room and interior. Plenty of breakfast choices with even sparkling wine. Very good value for money during off-season

AustriaUnfortunately, the sauna and steam room floors were a bit dirty. It was recommended to go inside without slippers, however, it was so uncomfy, especially in the steam room, a lot of sand was on the floor. Despite this room was perfectly clean.
Really good hotel. Perfect location, with a beautiful view from the wellness zone, helpful staff, and great breakfast.
