Location is great as it's about 8 mins walk from bus terminal to hotel. Also centrally located so you can walk to old town center. Most of all, staff and owners of property are always there to greet you in the morning and chat with you.

The tourist season ends on 31 October, so most of the bars and restaurants near the hotel were closed for the season. This isn't under the control of the hotel, though.

The breakfasts were fabulous and the coffee was amazing. The staff was very accommodating and helped arrange a taxi to the airport, as well as recommending some local restaurants to try. Reasonable proximity to the old city, for folks that want to see the older parts of Zadar.

We loved everything about the place.

This Hotel is a great place. The staff is fantastic very friendly and helpful, the room was comfortable and well appointed. The breakfast was wonderful with some items made from the menu. The location is a ways from the old town area but still walkable. Will definitely will stay there again.

The hotel is lovely, obviously built with the finest materials. The rooms were spacious and impeccable. The Owner makes a point of greeting guests and recommending restaurants.

A humble suggestion would be to have all the cooked breakfast buffet food items labelled as to what they are. Just makes it that little bit easier for people with different dietary requirements. Although we had a good nights sleep, around 6am we did start to hear the bell for the lift a few times quite clearly from our room. We could also quite clearly hear some people in the corridor and the clanking of heels on the floor from the room next to us. It’s not so much the fact that we could hear people, but more so how clearly we could hear them. Might be due to inadequate soundproofing. The kind gentleman who checked us in at reception didn’t seem to know about there being a bus service from the Main Bus Station to the Airport when we enquired. However he did kindly offer the option of booking a taxi which we kindly declined. Just a heads up for anyone, buses to the Airport run as per the below link at Platform 8 from the Main Bus Station. The fair of €4.65 pp is to be paid in CASH ONLY on the bus. https://www.zadar-airport.hr/en/public-transport

A relatively new, modern and very clean hotel which is only a couple of minutes walk from the Main Bus Station. A big Interspar, Konzum and McDonalds are all located nearby. We had the pool all to ourselves shortly after checking in which was lovely. It was clean too. The Hotel provides big towels for a visit to the pool or the beach. Just ask at Reception. A good selection of food for breakfast from the buffet or ordered from the menu (all included within the price). Staff were very friendly, attentative and more than willing to help. Personally, we had no issues with regards to noise from traffic passing by outside the hotel premises (as is mentioned within other reviews).

We paid extra for a sea view room. Should not have bothered as the hotel is not next to the sea and the view of the sea is down a side street.

Pool is a little small but it wasn't crowded. Most guests preferred sunning themselves.

Brand new, modern up-scale hotel with comfortable beds and lovely staff. An easy walk to the beach and the old Town. Supermarket and laundromat within walking distance. Breakfast was superb and the bar stays open until ten even with only one customer.

The property was walking distance from Zadar old town, but much of this was along a busy road. Staff were friendly but the service could have been more attentive (eg there was a breakfast menu but none of the staff approached my table to ask if I wanted to order anything from it).

Modern and clean hotel, comfortable and well sized rooms and nice bath room. Location very handy for bus station.

Hotel is in a great location (Roads do surround it but at no time, even at night did we get affected by traffic noise) 3 or 4 mins from the beach at Kovovare Beach and 15mins to the land gate entrance to the Old Town. Very clean hotel and staff very attentive. The pool was never very busy with just a few people each time I spend an hour or so there. Breakfast good although a toaster would have been handy. Couple of points worth noting. We got an uber from airport to the hotel and back, both times cost around 12 euros definitely cheaper than a general taxi at the airport. The central bus station is only a couple of minutes from the hotel. We got a bus to Krka National park - It actually goes direct to Skradin (cost 10 euro each way and takes and hour, first bus 9.30am and goes every hour or so) which is one of the entrances to the park. At Skradin you can get entrance to the national park at peak season this costs 40euros but gets a lot cheaper in off season. The ticket gets you entrance to the whole park although we were only interested in the waterfalls. Once you have your entrance ticket it is then a 30 minute trip on the ferry boat (this is included in the price). If you are going to get the bus worth getting your ticket in advance as the seats do get booked. we came back at 15.20. which was enough time to comfortable see the waterfalls.
