The air conditioning didn't work. It was really hot during the day and there was no air conditioning or even air ventilation, and at night when you open the balcony door, there is no bug net so all the bugs fly in - also when you open the door for the fresh air, you have to listen to noise from the outside all day and night. The staff who cleans rooms was extremely loud while cleaning other rooms / in the hallway, so if you were in the room during cleaning hours, it was not pleasant. Also, we had to pay more tax than booking stated while we were booking a stay. Restaurant prices are too expensive. Shower head was very dirty.

The view is nice. Pets are allowed and not charged for the stay. There is a lot of free parking space. Rooms are spacious and look like the images.

There is nothing around the hotel that can be reached by walk, 5 min by car to Rastoke. We got a combined twin bed and not a double big bed as was written. The breakfast and the restaurant for lunch are not good enough.

Great location a few miles from beautiful Rastoke village & waterfalls. Easy to find with lots of parking available and friendly reception staff. The restaurant was open all afternoon serving delicious local food (huge portions!)

Although the bathroom is great and the shower is spacious, a weird design decision was made. The shower floor is slightly angled and if you are not using the water straight next to the wall, it will overflow/splash outside(there are no shower doors), which makes the floor of the bathroom wet

Room location: it was on the ground floor, close to the road and anyone could approach the windows from outside easily. This made us a bit uncomfortable leaving the windows open during night.

Staff was friendly and professional, the room was clean and spacious, the dinner we had at the hotel restaurant was excellent with amazing service. Free parking is also a plus.

Breakfast was good; a lot of variety & they were kind enough to set up a table for our entire extended family as we were all there together (10 people). Staff was very friendly & accommodating.
