No reception, but the waiter had to welcome us, and although he did his best, didnt know many details. Enterance in the room was via kitchen, which was a bit wierd.

Good location easy to find. Ivan was very helpful as he waited for us till late hours so we could check in even after midnight. Good breakfast. Clean and calm place. I've book it as a shelter during my long drive with my family. I would only suggest to equip the room with some small fridge.

I was informed that breakfast was at 7.30 (also confirmed by the book in the room). on my arrival I was told that breakfast was at 8. The wifi password was not available in the room. I went to reception and was told that I could find the document near the television cabinet but it wasn't there. The staff couldn't tell me which one it was. (there was a very good and kind young boy who was however really very busy and had probably only been working at the hotel for a short time). On the bookin.com page it is not specified that the hotel has a karaoke room. Unfortunately the very loud music continued until 1AM (when I asked to know when the karaoke would end I was told at midnight) and the silence continued much later when all the guests left the hotel

Almost everything else. There was no window that could be open. There was one at the ceiling. It was 36 degrees and we’d appreciate some fresh air at least in the night. The AC was broken. We had to use tape to fix it.It was configured to heat the air. We realise it’s our mistake since it took us 2 hours to realise it, but who would expect that when outside its 36 degree the AC will be configured to heat!? The TV wasn’t working and we explicitly booked a hotel to watch the Wimbledon finals. We asked three times if someone can come and check it. Every time we were assured that they’ll come, at the end no one came. Relatively spacious bathroom but super tiny sink and toilet. Not comfortable at all, there is no shelf in the shower tube to leave the shampoo. Not place at the sink for a soap. There is space between the tiles of the bathroom and the floor of the bedroom where there was centipede. It was small one, maybe it’s just coincidence that it was there. We were assured a separate bed will be provided for our 2-year-old daughter. This didn’t happen. The room was just to the kitchen and the hallway was smelling quite bad.

The stuff was nice. The location is great.

The room was the weirdest I have ever stayed in. I don't even think is is supposed to be called a hotel room, it should be better used as a storage room. It had a pillar (column) in the middle of the room, which was anyway small. The window was not facing the exterior, but the interior hallway of the building; opposite my window I could see the kitchen of the hotel. There was no TV in the room, nor do they have a hair dryer; when I asked the receptionist for a hair dryer, he acted as if such a thing is not something that is usually available in hotels. My expectations are higher when I pay 70 euros per night.

The hotel is right in the city center, close to the river. Breakfast was good. The room itself was comfortable for a single night, despite its disadvantages.

Very friendly staff. Ivan was amazing. Hi did everything, our family of 5, to feel welcome. Although we had late arrival and early check in. The rooms are refurbished and the accommodation in very pleasant. The hotel has a fantastic restaurant, where we had dinner. Overall great experience.
