We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

SerbiaThe elevators are too few and in certain parts of the day you need to wait up to 10 minutes to get one. Also, beaches. The largest beach in Rabac is just in front of the hotel. But the nice ones around the Lanterne are 2 km away. By the end of our stay there we often used tourist train to reach our beach.
The food! The variety and quality was outstanding! We even managed to always find something our children would eat, which is rare.

ItalySeveral things. First of all, not good value for money: this hotel would be considered a 2/3* in more modern countries. Rooms are quite big but old furniture and not very comfortable beds. Breakfast has a good variety but the quality is too low. For the first time ever I ate really bad scrambled eggs (sour tasting). Staff is not rude (not for Croatian standards), but unprepared and bad managed. They make you come back to reception several times to solve easy issues, I heard the sentence “come back later when my boss arrives” at least 3-4 times. The boss is a young blonde woman, probably too junior to manage the staff.

AustriaThe room was sparsely furnished on not decorated at all. Together with gloomy light it definitely was not a four star hotel experience. Moreover the bathroom was small, cheap and only adequately cleaned.
It's located in a nice little bay surrounded by forest. There is enough free parking space, some of it even in the shade.

SloveniaThe young fellows in restaurant were not so really nice, the cleaning stuff was also very confused barelly could speak english. The pool inside wasn’t heated .. that is sad .. the restaurant could use some regular fruits as bananas for feeding the baby fe.
the receptionist were so nice and professional, liked the pool outside and the coffee in neighbors hotel Hedera! The stuff in restaurant from Philliphines were the only ones who actually smiled. Big like to them!
