Property was lovely , it was just when u pay for a sea view specially staying for a week that u get a full view not over looking a roof top and sea view to the side.

The room was lovely expect the view . On arrival we went to our room and there were 2 single beds and I had booked as a couple but they sorted it straight away , I had paid for a sea view , but instead I did somewhat of a sew view but there we were overlooking a flat roof and to the right side we had a view of the sea view. I went down to reception and really they were not very helpful saying they were fully booked . I had explained that we were staying for a week and this was not good enough and I had asked and paid for a sea view . Most of the guests that I was talking to were staying for a few days but didn’t meet anyone staying for a week .

Not all the restaurants were open 8n the evening and the options left were expensive.

The room was lovely. The soa and pools were great. The breakfast was busy but loads of food! The views of the sea were super.

Shower pressure on the 8th floor was terrible. Quick food at the outside bar was mixed in quality (club sandwich was the worse I have ever had).

Room and facilities were great. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Dinner restaurant was top food with great service. Thourouly enjoyed our stay at the Royal Neptun Hotel Dubrovnik.

I booked a room with panoramic view and photos, provided on booking.com app didn't match with the real view. This was the biggest disappointment and it take a joy out of staying in this hotel. I complained to reception staff, the girl told me that she don't know why "my agent" which is booking.com have mistaken photos on website, because l got what l booked. I know for sure l didn't book a room with a view to restaurant and pool of next door hotel. And when l looked into hotel website I saw exactly that same pictures. Manager offered us the biggest room, but view was that same and regarding him hotel was fully booked and their didn't have a different room. People shouldn't be mistaken, hotel and booking.com have to assure that customers getting what they see on the photos. We would have been choosing a different hotel if we only know about this lie. Another thing- reception staff doesn't smile. We didn't feel welcome on arrival. Only staff who were polite and smiling all our stay were house keepers and breakfast reception girl. P.s. You could see the "panoramic view" from our room in my photos and could compare with official website and booking.com photos.

The breakfast buffet was cold. The food was tasty but cold scrambled eggs and beans would be a lot nicer if hot!

Stunning hotel. Really comfy / big bed, lovely big bathroom and shower. View of the sea was stunning! I did love the omelettes at breakfast, which were made up fresh in front of you. Location was amazing - loved the walk along the promenade into Lapad. Really relaxing stay!

Very crowded at breakfast If you are non-smoker, and your neighbours enjoy smoking on their balcony, it is not the nicest experience. Hotel does not provide breakfast bag in case you have very early trips ( typically hotels of this level do).

The room had an electronic blind, unfortunately did not fit flush to the window so did not block out the light. It was also noisy as the patio door did not stop all of the breeze/wind & the blind kept hitting the sides.

Perfect location on Lapad, wonderful views. We had a sea view but this was a side room, would have loved front facing. A great base for walking & there is a regular bus service. The Royal resort has everything you need & is close to many bars/restaurants. The buffet breakfast offered lots of choice, you just need to relax & be patient as long queue for eggs/omelettes & also for hot drinks.

The way the hotel looks, as if it is a beach resort! No direct beach access. From the hotel you can only get to the cliffs of the beach. It’s full of rocks! Had to walk 25 min to get to a beach from the hotel

The hotel is part of a larger complex with interconnected buildings, which made it confusing to find the correct level for exiting, entering, or reaching the reception area. The day before we checked out, our key cards stopped working, and I had to ask reception to reboot them. I was disappointed that we did not receive an apology for their error.

The hotel was in an amazing location with an incredible view of the Adriatic Sea. I appreciated that we chose not to stay in the old city. Situated in Lapad, this hotel is peaceful, with a charming walkway along the beach. We had a superior sea view room that was worth the money. It was modern and spacious, with a large balcony facing the sea and we could watch the lovely sunsets. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool area, which was very private. Additionally, there were several pools on the hotel premises. Breakfast was served in the Royal Terrace restaurant located on the exterior of the hotel. There were numerous options, and seating was available indoors and outdoors on the veranda.
