Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

AustriaIt's noisy, especially at the weekends and there is no parking nearby, but it's not particularly about this apartment. It's the usual problem of all properties located in the old city.... Some parts of the apartment need renovation.
The apartment is located in the center of the old town. The owner is very friendly and helpful. There was not so much information about the facilities in the property description but it actually had all necessary equipments. There are 2 air conditioning in the apartment that make it very pleasant to stay there during hot days.

SerbiaBuilding entrance is quite unwelcoming, untidy and wore down. Steep staircase is expected in old buildings, but beware if you have any difficulties. The apartment would use more thorough cleaning. Rooms are not physically separate, there is only a curtain divider.
Very good location in an old Rovinj building. Apartment functions well, has nice light.

SlovakiaWelcoming was very stressful and arrogant. The lady who checked us in was unfriendly and agressive. We searched for an accomodation with parking filter. This accomodation had information that there is parking available but there is no parking in old town of Rovinj. There is only very expensive parking on the edge of the city, which is not owners fault, but it should be clear. We kindly started conversation about this misunderstanding. The lady was shouting at us and her expression almoust made us cry. She didn’t explain us how to run the place and use equipment. She left and we didn’t meet her during our stay again. We didn’t know when and how to check out so we left the keys on the table and left. We are upset about her behaviour, it seems like they only want to earn money from the tourists. Otherwise Rovinj is beautiful small town with rich history and colourful nature around it.

PolandThe single beds, were a bit small for me, difficult to get to the apartment for older people, very narrow and step steps up.
Great location, short distance to the beach place and in the heart of old town of Rovinj, walking distance to all interesting palces in the city.
