Amazing location. Great views over the old port, yet outside the city walls so able to get taxi right to the door. Great deck overlooking the port- lovely to sit out on when relaxing at the apartment.

The property is in the perfect location with a great view & a wonderful balcony. Its a easy quick walk to the Old Town as well as access to Busses & Airport transfers. The Accommodation is spacious & the Host extremely helpful & accommodating

The close proximity to the city walls and view of the marina from the ample sized terrace. It is literally a five minute walk into the city with small supermarkets a short walk away. We loved the spacious feel of the apartment - it accommodated a group of 4 friends easily. The host was great, he arranged our taxi transfer to and from the airport. Will definitely return again one day.

There‘s some room for improvement regarding the cleaning and some stuff to be renewed and not only fixed, but the host has positively reacted to our feedback and will take the necessary steps. If this is fixed, it will definitely be the best place to be in Dubrovnik!

The apartment is very spacious and furnished with a lot of beautiful vintage stuff. Every living room is equipped with an air conditioner. The terrace has an incredible view to the sea and the walls of Dubrovnik and it takes you just 5-10 minutes walk to reach the old city and the beach. Our host welcomed us and gave us a full tour through the apartment. He also showed us a parking space, which is quite a walk but you don‘t have to pay for it.

The shower head slider in one of the bathrooms is broken, shower head cannot be held up properly. It’s only being held up loosely by some sort of a steel clip. The shower curtain pole is also patched up and being held up by some sort of fishing line to the ceiling. The soap dish is rusty. The other bathroom mixer tap is actually broken off, the remedy is also some sort of a steel clip. It’s nearly impossible to turn it on and off. We can’t use the two showers at the same time because there is no hot water in one of them while the other one is in use. So it’s a long wait for showers for family of 5. Light switch in one of the bathrooms is loose and the light flickers. Saw a bug crawling in the bathroom one morning. The light switches by the front door look filthy. The other light and hot water switches are being taped up by duct tape. We have only been given some flimsy sheets and throws instead of duvets. They are not warm enough, especially for the twin room which has no heating. The sheets don’t seem clean and we all feel uncomfortable sleeping in them. Towels are sand paper like and old. Pillows are flat and no extra for neck support. We woke up with stiff necks. Copper kettle past its use by date, it gives an unpleasant metallic taste. No hot water in the kitchen. Dirty sponges for washing up. No toaster. Table and worktop edges are so worn and have turned black like moulds. Not really vintage! The drawers in kitchen units are so old and difficult to open and close.

Although it was clean, it was not comfortable. Beds were hard and creaky with old blankets and everything had a run down look about it. Crockery was all chipped, sofa had seen better days and faux leather had come off, towels were scratchy, furniture was badly painted. One shower head wouldn’t stay up so only one shower could be used for all 4 of us. No comfortable lounger chairs for terrace to sit in sun. Terrace table chained to wall so couldn’t be moved. Also asked to check in an hour early which was agreed but when we got to property we had to go away and come back. Also asked to pay at property but didn’t take cards so as we had daily limit on our credit card to withdraw cash we had to pay over two days and lady wasn’t happy!

10 out of 10 for location. Views were fantastic and right by the old town and cable car. So close to everything. Having the terrace was great with the weather. Local supermarket 5 mins walk away. Couldn’t fault it!

Great location, 5 minutes away from the beach. The owner is very nice and accomodating. The apartment was very spacious and nice. The big terrace and the view are great. This was our best apartment in Croatia
