We were out of season and therefore the pool was on the cold side. The sauna is great but would benefit from a shower point next to the facility. A few issues were dealt with quickly by the staff. The free teas were not refilled daily and only 1 variety of each is odd when 2 people are in the room!

A fabulous hotel in the beautiful port of Supetar. The staff are fabulous especially Anita on the front desk and Mario at breakfast who went above and beyond being helpful and caring about our stay. The breakfast and coffee's were delicious. Great rooftop terrace for a drink or for a morning stretch! Very close to all the restaurants in the Port. Easy to walk from the ferry to the hotel in 5-8 minutes.

Other than the ground floor terrace, nothing.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooftop bar was great for relaxing during the day and the bar service was just opening up. Room was comfortable although it was ground floor so the small terrace area wasn’t worth using as it overlooked the back of the building in front. Go for 1st or 2nd floor rooms if possible. We rented an electric bike from the hotel which was great fun. Location perfect for town restaurants.

Staying at the hotel was a great experience. The rooms were clean and finished. We got the room available at the agreed time. The staff was especially friendly. At the hotel we felt welcome. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty.

My room had a wet moldy smell, no garbage can in the bathroom, no hair conditioner or body lotion and although they tried to give me a quiet room, it wasn't so quiet.

The staff was excellent. Everyone was extremely helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. The food was very good and waiter Mario a person everyone should meet!

Location is great with fabulous views. Lovely room that was immaculately clean. The entire hotel is beautifully designed with fab facilities. staff are also really lovely and very helpful. It’s impossible to fault the hotel at all. Thoroughly recommended.

We got a free upgrade so the room was amazing. The bathtub had a view to the harbour! Overall the location is great, and the view from the rooftop bar at sunset is just perfect! The staff is also friendly and helpful, breakfast and the restaurant in general serve delicious food.

Everything was perfect.

Perfect location close to the harbour with friendly and professional staff. The hotel was extremely clean. We were half board and the standard of food was excellent. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great time.

Charges for sun bathing towels seems complicated, & being asked to pay the full holiday cost on arrival , although justified by our experience, grates somewhat, esp. since Booking.com hold our credit details.

It overlooks the port with daily comings & goings from our balcony & a splendid rooftop area furnished with comfortable settees & an evening bar. Bkfast & Dinner are served on a spacious courtyard facing the harbour on very comfortable chairs with no sense of rush. We enjoyed each meal, served by friendly staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Reception staff were also happy to engage & answer any questions. All the furnishings & fittings were comfortable & effective, with fast, free internet.

The hotel is in potentially the best location for shops, ferry, restaurants and bars. Rooms are still quiet at night. Roof top bar is nice. The hotel has access to electric bikes you can take out.

I couldn’t stay longer.

Loved everything. The staff, Anita was great. They gave me the best room in the hotel. Quick, efficient, responsive. Excellent rooftop of the town. I stayed in Waterman hotel the night before and was literally about to leave the island because I hated it there. Then I got to Osam. While it’s right in the middle of everything it’s extra sound proof so you don’t hear the crowds. Lovely place! Highly recommend.
