A beautiful contemporary hotel with exquisite attention to detail. Exceptional staff who were very helpful and welcoming. Family run business which is very personable. The design of the hotel is of the highest quality and the facilities are well maintained and clean. A truly delightful place with incredible views from all rooms.

The property is almost new (they opened on June 2022). All rooms are sea view and you wake up looking at the sea, what else? Even if they are by the sea, the staff and facilities (swimming pool) replace this “minus”. Anyway, there is a super nice public beach 10/15’ by walk. We also tried the kitchen and the food was really delicious. Prices same as Dubrovnik. The staff was super cute and very nice to us, we appreciated and we felt they really care about this hotel, which is something not to give for granted at nowadays.

If we could make any negative comment it’d be the coffee at breakfast but even though we weren’t informed about it there’s another coffee machine (extra charge). Ideally you need a car to move but we didn’t rent it and we always reached a taxi or Uber. Most of the accommodations along the coast are located close to the main nd only Road so some noises can be annoying if you like to have the balcony opened. Otherwise all good closing it and AC for the nights.

The design of the hotel is delightful. Also the furniture is divine. The views are unbearable from all rooms (we the hotel is totally geometrical and facing to the sea ) and very relaxing. The staff is always ready to help and beyond that. They proposed us activities and trips to the Islands and surroundings. Food at dinners is very good.

Nothing it was perfect

The hotel and staff were next level. Our wishes were all accommodated and Laura from reception went beyond to (1) make a reservation at Bowa possible and (2) get us a rental car last minute! Beyond that, they surprised my girlfriend with a cake on her birthday! The hotel offers stunning ocean views and the rooms and interior are up to the highest standard!

A longer stay

It is a oasis of refined taste amazing view, special people and great architecture. The restaurant really met our expectations and the rooms were really spacious and incrediblle well designed and furbished

If you do not plan to rent a car, forget about this hotel, YOU NEED A CAR TO GO THERE, it is 45 mins from the airport and 20-25 mins drive from Dubrovnik. There is a bus stop closeby but I think it would be pain in the b... if you do not have a car to drive there. It is at least 10-12 mins drive from a grocery store which they close at 10pm, so if you have a late arrival, make sure you get some snacks... before you get there. Another thing which I did not like was the fact that we had to ask for ice in the lobby bar which sometimes, especially during the night is not the easiest thing to do. I highly recommend to the management to put an ice machine at least for the apartments since there is a little walk and stairs to take to get to the lobby and ask for ice. Little things to improve but overall I must say there is not much to complain and we had a great time there as a family. Well done guys and looking forward to come back.

Check in was smooth, we welcomed by the son of owner who was very pleasant. This property is owned and being managed by a family who live right near the hotel. Pretty new facility. We stayed in an apartment which was very spacious and comfortable with a private pool. It was AWESOME. Staff are super nice and very easy to deal with. We had a BOWA reservation which is 1 min drive or 10 min walk to the pick up location. It is 20 mins away from Dubrovnik and quite nice to relax. BF is good, not too many options though. We had a dinner once which was quite good. View is stunning. Very pleasant stay we had there I should say.

The position of the hotel is unfortunately above the main road which means noise of traffic but not inside though, as windows are perfect.

Very modern 2 bedrooms-apartment with independency, we enjoyed the fact it was new but this comes with details of not functioning stove and door lock (which were about to be solved). Nice welcome. Beautiful view.

The nearest beach is 15 min walk with a steep descent, and it was not very clean. But there are other nice beaches in the area, which are reachable by car

We are happy to be one of the first visitors of the hotel! The suit was amazing: big, clean, stylish, well-equipped, with a wonderful sea view. The stuff does his best. The breakfast was tasty, with fresh delicious croissants. There are still some defects due to the recent opening, but I believe they will be fixed soon. I wish the hotel all the best in the future, it should be a beautiful gem on the coast
