We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThis is a really nice old school hotel in Mali Ston, an unexpected location. Hotel & staff are first rate. Mali Ston is where to stay if you want to be in a quiet location away from the teaming hoards. They have an associated restaurant next door that is also very good. Staff is professional in an old school European way. Stay here and hike the wall (1.5 hour or so) over to Ston to see that worthwhile site, then walk bask just 15 minutes on the road after you have had your fill of tourists. This place is a gem and a wonderful find for those who appreciate quality & time well spent without drama. It's quite a value for what you actually get!

United StatesI loved everything about the property. I wish their pillows were better. They had a more of a down pillow and two pillows for each person instead of one. 
It was magnificent. Secluded in a beautiful waterfront area with boats around it. The bed-and-breakfast was fabulous. It was quaint and charming clean and modern and I wish I was staying there longer. I left my wallet there with a lot of money and credit cards under the bed by accident and they called me immediately and had it sent out to me.
