There was no easy access with a baby pram to the hotel reception. We had to carry the pram up and down the stairs. Perhaps there is a better way, but we did not find it.

We loved our stay in this hotel. Rooms were clean and spacious, beds huge and comfortable and the sea view was always gorgeous! Our rooms were very quite, with thick walls, even baby camera did not work in the next room. Breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of tasty food. We also enjoyed the main restaurant premises - all light coloured and spacious, with baby chairs for those who need. SPA zone and swimming pool I can recommend. The swimming pool is nicely big with heated salty sea water. SPA treatments are various and done by professionals with lots of care and attention to your needs. Hotel staff was everywhere - in the restaurant, at reception and in the SPA, very friendly and attentive. We felt well taken care of and pampered :)

We are happily returrning to Palace Bellevue to enjoy the stay at the perfect locatoin in beautiful building where we enjoy the service provided by the most professional staff who excel in whatever they do. We enjoy the food in the spacious restaurant full of natural light, we enjoy the spa center and the pool in which you can actually swim. Resting in the comfortable rooms with your eyes are closed or resting on beautiful sceneries of Kvarner bay completes the perfection of stay at Palace Bellevue.

Housekeepers, ladies in the morning, could be a little bit quieter, not loudly talk, and laugh in front of the rooms . We are on holiday's and we want to rest and sleep .

The staff was helpful and nice , guys on reception, nice waitress on breakfast! Breakfast was great . There is plenty of choice . Very pleasant lady on the pool . And big nice pool. The room was clean and comfortable, but the ceiling near the window and bed was very narrow, so we did hit our heads a couple of times ! 😂 Very nice hotel!

When booking, we asked about late check-out in the afternoon and received a message it was done deal, only to find out at the hotel that the staff doesn't know anything about that. Ok, customer service is done elsewhere but it's disapponting they didn't tell the hotel staff. And one of the receptionist was really rude, almost aggressive, to prove us we're wrong because she didn't find and info about it. After ahowing her the email and the message from the hotel saying "ok, you can stay longer without any extra charge" she went in other room and printed our booking reservation to prove us wrong. The way she did that together with her tone of voice was super disrespectful (young girl with curly hair). She managed to ruin the whole experience for us in 2 minutes. And all she had to do was be polite. She could say no while being polite but she chose to be rude. She stayed rude even after we talked to her supervisor at the check-out, so she didn't learn a thing about communication. So sad people like that girl work with guests...every other person in the hotel was super nice but she ruined everything. The only negative thing about wellness zone is that it's super hard to reach if you have any mobility issues (so many steps up and down, no wonder there were almost no elderly people at the pool) No slippers in the room No "do not disturb" sign in the room. I'd come again, but would check before arrival whether the staff knows what their customer service has offered. If you're having mobility problems, this is not the right hotel for you.

We stayed in one of the seaview rooms with a balcony on the 4th floor and the view was really amazing! Also, this hotel is old so the walls are thick and you don't hear your neighbours like in most newly built hotels. Everything is super clean. Most of the staff is really nice and welcoming. As for the wellness zone, it was great. A big pool was nice (135-200cm deep, some 30m long I think), as weel as Finish and Turkish sauna, with an ice bucket shower! Loved it. The lady working there was so welcoming and explained us everything. Didn't try the fitness room or massage.

Hotel Palace Bellevue, gave us glorious, magnificent, elegant and beautiful experiences. No other hotel in which we’ve stayed has provided quite the same wonderful ‘special’ feeling of being respectfully cared, yet in such a loving manner. Finally, we have found a ‘home from home’ at its most friendly and welcoming.

The pool is a bit too small for the capacity of the hotel guests so we couldn't get a free lounge chairs at the pool area, the sauna needs improvement as it's definitely too small and it doesn't provide any intimacy and relaxation (not enough lounge chairs, the refreshments and beverage were very basic).

The food was delicious - fresh and tasty (both breakfast and dinner), definitely recommend it. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was a bit small but comfortable enough. The best thing about the hotel is definitely location as it's in the city centre so everything is ether there or close.

I didnt like personal comments of the lady who was working as a waiter, about my 10 y.o. son. Although she didnt want to sound mean, my son has a big health issues, and i felt hurt by her approaching and commenting about his looks during the dinner. I am aware that she was trying to be on a personal level with us as guests, but she pointed out his obvious appearance, not thinking that my child might be sick.

Spa area was very nice, and the pool we enjoyed very much. Room was clean and confortable, and in general it is a very nice hotel. The lady at the reception is doing an excellent job, she has a big smile, she has great communicational skills, and very charming.
