Breakfast took a bit longer than expected but our fault for not ordering egg dishes right away. They were delicious however! Can be noisy due to bar and central square - need to close windows....

We had a wonderful stay at the Judita Palace. From the golf cart pickup from the airport bus, to the charming courtyard bar and the perfect middle-of-everything location, it could not have been nicer. Even more special were the staff - what a great group of of fun, friendly people - always efficient and professional, but also just delightful to be around. We will definitely stay again if we are in Split, and will recommend highly.

This is a little gem, right in the heart of the old town. the location is amazing. the family (2 sisters and a brother) who run Judita are simply delightful and could not have done more for us - booking restaurants and guides during our stay, all of which was perfect. the room was a decent size and beautifully styled. I loved everything about Judita and would return in a heartbeat!

The only "downside" is that there are stairs in the courtyard entrance to reach the reception, it did not affect us but could be a problem for some people.

Amazing staff: Maria and Andrea are the best! Great location in the old town in a beautiful palace. There is a cute little bar area in the courtyard at the entrance but we did not try it. Nice spacious room (deluxe room) with all amenities (kettle, slippers, bathrobe, l'Occitane toiletries). Good buffet breakfast with a lovely lady serving us hot beverages + choice of eggs.

The staff at the Judita were the best staff I’ve ever encountered at a hotel in the world. They gave my friend who arrived with a broken toe crutches and were so supportive of every thing we needed. they provide transport to the marina for us gratis. Would recommend any time. also we’re so entertaining thank you Andy! A++++

nothing!!! (Check in advance about entrance. First, you have to walk up 1 floor before access to elevator, not sure if they have wheelchair access). Next time, I will stay here again.

- location is perfect; walking distance to everything - breakfast super! selection of cheese, meats, sweets, fruit, cereal and you can get your eggs on order. Great coffee! - friendly staff (make sure to contact them in advance because someone will pick you up from an agreed spot to help with luggage) - Nice clean room with a bathroom that has a big shower and good water pressure.

possibly mention a big flight of stone steps up to the Reception for the elderly. My husband has a bad knee and thought people should know although the wonderful staff did carry our cases up.

A lovely old building in the old part of Split but traffic free and totally quiet. our room was lovely with a little terrace and a white sofa. It was all so beautifully planned with nothing lacking.

the twin beds did seem narrow to a fault but their size was limited by the size of the room which was charming like every other space especially for the exposed stone of its walls.

beautifully located. atmospheric. but what was most appealing was the exquisite sensibilities that had come together to create an atmosphere that was wondrously 19th century, a serene and perfectly composed refuge, a work of art. but none of this decoration would have mattered if there hadn’t been such wonderful people in place always to ask how your day was going or if you needed directions to some monument. an extraordinary atmosphere obtained, one felt that one was a guest in the house of a most interesting and welcoming family

Amazing building, perfect location. Outstanding breakfast. Furniture hand made by "a guy in Slovenia". e.g. beautiful old style desks with self closing drawers. It was off-season and the receptionist showed us some other rooms. Each is different. Pick one with a balcony, either "Mussolini's" or or the defensive one, or the terrace, or the one with a view towards the gate. Also, check out the roof terrace.
