There was nothing that we didn't like during our stay. Everything was great - from the accommodation, and staff, to the food. Pansion Bernarda Nova provided us with a perfect holiday, and we will certainly return.

Staying at the Pansion Bernarda Nova in Varaždinske Toplice was outstanding. The accommodation was top-notch, very clean, and comfortable. The guest house's location allowed easy access to all the main attractions and amenities, which was very convenient. I would particularly highlight the breakfast, which was exceptionally delicious and diverse. The price-quality ratio was impeccable; we got much more than we expected for the paid price. The staff was very kind and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. If we revisit Varaždinske Toplice, we will choose Pansion Bernarda Nova again. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for quality accommodation in this beautiful destination.

Well sour room had windows towards backdoors of a shop. Its generators were a running all night irregularly. Together with cars passing on the street and given the fact that it was rainy night the sound appeared a bit loud. + the blue light from the AC panel irritating what you turn the room lights off.

Reception is in another building, parking was so-so, you cannot open the windows due to the noise from ACs. Not possible to charge the EV.

Nothing I can think about. Everything was perfect

Elegant rooms,.spotless clean, everything looks brand new, air conditioning, feels like luxury hotel. Breakfast was delicious, various food options from milk based stuff, to deluxe prociutto and cheese, delicious cakes. Excellent choice and great value for money. The town is pitoresque. We stayed one night only but would have loved to spend some more time there. The food at the pizzeria is delicious. We had lasagna, pizza, burger, warm chicken salad, garlic cheese bread - all was exquisite and delicious.

Lovely and quiet bed & breakfast. Car park available. Very friendly and polite lady at the reception desk. Nice breakfast with delicious coffee. Very good value for money.

departure at 10, at 10-10 they already came to me to ask whether I extend or leave, maybe the hotel is very busy, but I don’t like it when they kick me out according to the schedule, although the check-in and check-out times are of course indicated, just keep in mind

When we arrived we found at the entrance a board showing that the reception was on the 1st floor, but we haven't found it there. It turned out that the reception desk was in an another building, in cca 200m distance. Our breakfast was also in that other building. The guests haven't got advantage in reservation in the pizzeria, it was filled with local people and this way it was noisy till late hours. When we could finally eat the dinner we couldn't charge the consumption on the room. We visited the hotel in a group of 7 people and we wanted to have a talk in the evenings, but there's not a proper room for this kind of social living. There was a little table in the corner of the staircase for 4 people. It was not big enough and it was not intimate at all.

The rooms were clean, well equipped (air-condition, fridge, smart TV, wifi), the breakfast was excellent, dedicated, free parking area (not closed), popular in-house pizzeria.

there was loud cooling unit right outside our window, but we were informed about that right after making a reservation so it’s ok. it took a very long time for us to get checked in but it was a minor issue:)
