We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Izvrsna lokacija, čistoća i veoma susretljivo osoblje, od vlasnika do zaposlenika restorana. O šarmu najupečatljivijeg prozora na trgu starog grada ne treba ništa dodati. Čak nekoliko puta smo kroz jedva otvorene grilje primijetili turiste sa aparatima usmjerenim prema sobi u kojoj smo smješteni. Vrlo instagramično za one koji to vole. Još jednom želim da istaknem ljubaznost i spremnost da se izađe u susret po pitanju dužeg korištenja parkinga što je u Primoštenu, uz najbolju volju, nekada teško izvedivo. Izvrsno iskustvo!

UkraineWow! It was really great experience. Living in the heart of old town in absolute comfort. Apartments have private parking 5-10 minutes walk away. It's forbidden to park in the old town, but you may come close to the pedestrian zone. Check-in is on the restaurant Kamenar reception. It will be the first thing you'll see when entering to the old town. Google sometimes shows Pansion entrance forward. But no, just go to restaurant. Nice apartments, we had the one with view exact to the stage in front of the entrance and had wonderful opportunity to see local concerts from apartments or terrace

Great location in the middle of Primosten. You check in in the restaurant but there is a separate door on the side for coming and going. There is a shared terrace where we dried out clothes and you can look into the square. The room was the right size for a couple, clean and the shower worked well. The AC worked well despite it being 35 degrees during our stay. The shutters kept the room very dark and it was really quiet even though there was music in the square. Short walk from the bus stop in town, easy enough to do with luggage.

United StatesDidn’t like that it’s cash only which was not mentioned in the listing before completing the booking. And after I made the booking there was a big cancellation fee so we couldn’t do anything about it. They hotel also wasn’t fast at replying to questions. It took days for them to reply and by the time they did it was too late to use the information they provided.
You can’t beat the location and the hotel, restaurant and cleaning staff are so kind and helpful! Breakfast is generous and delicious.

Czech RepublicThe breakfast offered costs EUR 20 per person. We did not take it. It was too expensive compared with other places we stayed in in the Croatian cost the same year. The parking lot is remote. This is doable, though.

Czech RepublicDue to traffic on the highways in Slovenia and Croatia, we arrived at the guesthouse late in the evening, about 10 pm. Nevertheless, we were greeted by the owner and his wife. I highly recommend the pension Kamenar, which has a unique location in a very nice historical center of Primosten and especially very friendly owners and helpful staff.
