The fact that the hotel could not suggest any sight tours or whom to contact. We found this frustrating

Nothing. However, just be aware that the entrance isn't very obvious from the street - watch out for a big blue and white "parking" sign.

The location was excellent. Right on the street that divides the upper and lower cities with tram stops right outside, yet set back in a courtyard, so it is still quiet. The breakfast was a nice mix of items and staff made sure it was well stocked. The room was pleasant, with a nice big bathroom.

Conveniently located in the city center on the shopping street, near the tram station. Main attractions are at walking distance. The hotel offered variety of food for breakfast, the pancakes were my favorite! The staff was very helpful and reacted to all my needs. The room was comfortable and clean.

Excellent location for old town and commerce/shopping. Tram stop outside. Prosecco on arrival was a nice touch. Good variety of cold and hot breakfast constantly topped up including local specialities.

Cleaning of the room must be at least if not every day at least day by day for a 4* hotel.

Parking was expensive but that's probably to be expected in the middle of town. When we showered, water ran out of the cubicle and spilled onto the bathroom floor, leaving a watery mess (the cubicle door didn't close properly). But the latter was only a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things :)

Very good location, easy access to the old town. Great breakfast with loads of choice. Comfortable beds. Nice big bathroom and shower. We had a room at the front of the hotel (looking out over the trams etc), and while the double windows filtered a lot of the sound away, I found that ear plugs were needed (though I'm self-admittedly a very light sleeper). Plenty of parking at the back of the hotel.

I liked pretty much everything. My first night was in a room where the mattress was too hard for me. I was moved the very next morning to a room where I could sleep.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They speak excellent English and were always willing to advise. The breakfast was very good with a huge variety of items, hot and cold. Coffee was great! Location-wise the hotel is excellent. It is in the main street running through the centre of town. The main square is just under 10 mins walk and a tram stop for the less mobile is a few steps away.

Nothing, i asked for a street view and this was ideal.

Location is ideal and the breakfast is very delicately and freshly prepared and presented. The staff are pleasant and helpful. The hotel feels quite new but its character is like stepping back in time a few years. Probably like traditional Croatian style that has been reproduced in a new format or more like a family ran hotel than a chain.

It is a very noisy place. Too much noise very early in the morning, and I do not mean the street, I mean the hotel parking and cleaning going on in other bedrooms.

Paid parking. For the price of the stay parking should have been included with the price of the room,but oh well. Its 20 euros per day,regardless if you pay at the hotel or the parking machine
