I'll take a star off just for the fact that there were no blinds or at least thick curtains on the windows. We didn't get a good night's sleep because of this. At night we found some curtains in the closet (Why they are not on the windows - a mystery) and covered the windows with them to somehow cover the light from the lantern and the moon. My advice to the owners is to think about it for the comfort of their guests.

Furniture in the room and bathroom was new, and Wifi 5G had good signal, terrace with the view of the sea is great, there was a good and easy parking spot. Room and bathroom were big.

We expected a kitchen but realized upon arrival that we had booked the smallest room without kitchen (mislead by the overall not room specific pictures on booking - definitely our mistake). The host offered us the larger studio for an extra 10€. We took it. When we later checked on booking it was only 5€ more expensive so that left us feeling a little taken advantage of. Just be aware that they offer very different accommodations and make sure you check the room specific pictures to manage your expectations and you ll be fine here.

The host was very friendly and gave us a hairdryer without any request because we were soaking wet from a bike trip in the rain. The apartment is small but decently equipped. It has a huge (shared) balcony that we couldn’t use because of the weather but it’s probably super nice in sunny weather and compensates for the small size.

The only possible thing we could say is the light coming through the door in the morning. There wasn’t a curtain in front of it so it become very bright as soon as the sun came up.

Beautiful and clean appartement with a fully equipped kitchen and a private terrace. It’s located in a quant little village where there’s not a lot of sound. The beach is a five minute walk and is not yet overrun by tourists. The hosts made sure to welcome us personally and gave us a detailed tour of the appartement and the village of Slano. The air conditioner was very welcome with the heath.

The landlord was very kind upon arrival and throughout the stay. It is really good value of money. The room, bathroom and kitchen were well cleaned and maintained. The balcony view was beautiful and lovely to sit out on during the nights.

Highly recommended. Superb place. Friendly welcome. Well equipped little flat. Terrace view is phenomenal and a delight. Comfy bed, good shower. Five minutes (if that) to the sea. 20 minutes beautiful walk into Slano town centre for shop cafe etc. Very kindly allowed me a late check out. I would return in a heartbeat.

The bathroom is really small.

The hosts were super friendly, gave us some madarines from their own garden. The room is clean and neat, perfect for some nights. Would recommend :)

The soft foam mattress that gave us back aches in the morning. The squeaking bed. AC unit just above the bed that blows directly over it (the problem can be reduced however by manually adjusting the vertical deflector, turning the temperature higher and the fan speed on lowest). Air in the room also began to smell due to AC unit after a while - it likely needs disinfectant servicing. There's little space in the room, but if you organize the luggage using all the available furniture, for two persons I think the problem becomes manageable. Poor wifi signal with frequent disconnects. Signal level gets somewhat functional near the door or the window.

The hosts were very nice and welcomed us with cookies. The son had excellent English skills. The room and bathroom were clean. There was a mini fridge, including a small freezing compartment for small items like a small icecream cake. The mini fridge was by far the main attraction in the room for us :). The location is situated in a silent area. There were no mosquitoes. There's a great beach on the other side of the small gulf, with free parking. I suggest going to that beach in the morning in full season, before the parking fills up. There is also a nice small beach nearby the location with a floating pontoon that can be used for jumping into the water by everyone.
