The hotel is located in a romantic environment, just in walking distance to the center of Labin. Our room was spacious, very clean and functionally equipped. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent offering a rich choice of tasty regional dishes and the service staff was very friendly and helpful.

I spent a week in Labin at this charming establishment. The property is conveniently located within walking distance from Labin's bus station, and it's just a leisurely stroll away from the captivating Labin Old Town. Nothing about this hotel to dislike in my opinion.

Very well appointed and located hotel just 5 mins walk from Labin old town. Recently built/renovated in contemporary style. Stylish, spacious and comfortable bedroom with spacious ensuite bathroom. Helpful and friendly staff . Good hotel Restaurant with small outdoor terrace. Free on site Hotel parking available. Excellent value for money and can strongly recommend.

The room was tastefully designed/decorated and spacious with pleasant lighting, the villa is surrounded by green, well located, only a 3 minute walk to the old town, with free parking. The staff was very friendly and competent, the food was extraordinary - both for dinner and breakfast. Highly recommended - best value for money during our Istria trip!

Very minor things - the tap in the bathroom sink was difficult to control (we often had water splashing everywhere), and the finishing in the bathroom wall was a bit sloppy with some wires hanging out.

Well-designed hotel with very friendly, helpful staff (we were pleasantly surprised by the fast laundry service!) The restaurant served a great breakfast with a beautiful view. TWe stayed there for 3 days with a group of friends in town for a wedding, and by the end of the trip Hotel Peteani felt like home.

This was our second vacation in this hotel. We love this place: people are very nice and kind, rooms are spacious, clean and we always feel at home here. You can very easily walk from the hotel to the old city or take your car and drive to the beach in Rabac. We can’t wait come back.

Can't complain... All perfect

Super friendly receptionists. They were extremely helpful. They put a separate bed in the room for our 7 years daughter. When we asked if we had to pay for it, they were smiling and saying of course not 😊 we would for sure stay here again. We loved the hotel and the friendliness of the reception. It would have been nice to have a bottle of water in the fridge in the room.

The hotel was newly renovated just seven years ago. The staff are highly accommodating and friendly. The restaurant features homemade elements including bread and pasta. The bed was comfortable. We stayed in room 8, which is highly recommended as it has good balcony. After dinner we had red wine and lava cake on our balcony instead of staying in the restaurant were we ate our main course.

The room had really small windows, and a busy road is near the hotel so they had to be closed during the night or it would get too noisy to sleep.

The staff was awesome. The food was great, the room was clean and spacious. There was enough parking space (free) even though we went roadtripping every day of our stay. The location is also great, close to the old city centre.
