- no balcony (i think on my confirmation it said that the room is with balcony) - size of the room (very small) - sloped ceiling in shower (not suitable for tall person)

It will be better if there is a bin in a main room. We thought that not necessary to change the towels and bed linens at first night if we stay only two night. But thank you.

Location is very good, close to the Plitvicka National Park. The room first offered has a problem,but different room was provided straight away. Host was very helping. Breakfast was very good with homemade bacon and variety of choise.Comfortable bed.

Not a big issue, but bed wasn't the best, although it wasn't bad, it was mediocre.

Very convenient location, 2 km's from the park entrance. Restaurants are near by. Staff were super friendly. Breakfast was nice, wide selection, and eggs cooked on the spot.

A great location, staff Effy was fabulous, rooms were spotless and perfect for a couple of nights also nicer than the pictures, very quiet area and great breakfast. A nice walk of about 25 mins to Entrance 2 or 5 mins by car. We got the bus from Zagreb and it stopped at Mukenji bus stop, you cross the road and walk up the slope for about 5 mins to the apartment. There is a pizza/burger place about 7 mins but nothing else. Other retaurants are around accessible by car.

The only negative was one of the double lanes windows on the door was broken but some of the glass was left causing a hazard for my family.

Couldn’t get tv to work. Staff tried very hard to rectify the situation . Was further from Plitvice lakes entrance than I thought so had to use taxis

The bedside carpets in the room were sprayed with some sort of Febreeze type spray that was so strong we had to put them outside. They overpowered the room and made your eyes water. We were in Room #4 and there was a strong sewer smell in the washroom. The only other thing was they only had herbal tea, which can be an issue if you like black tea, be sure to bring your own.

Location to the Lakes was perfect. Staff was so lovely and friendly. Breakfast is perfect with heaps of choices. Walking distance to a great pizzeria and market. Rooms were perfectly clean and cleaned every day. The roo.s are not large but efficient and have a fridge and kettle. Lots of free.parking.

Breakfast was delicious, I wish I could go back and have it again. The receptionist was also very friendly and gave us all the tips about the park.
