There should be more staff in the reception, with only one person the wait can be longer than usual. I didn't like the fact that the spa wasn't working, because it was one of the reasons I booked this place, so before booking check with the hotel first is it open, if that's what you would like to have. The bar / restaurant also closed before their stated opening hours, which I found strange.

The location is very good, close to the city centre and the free parking is a great bonus. The breakfast is good enough, but I wouldn't say great. The rooms are spacious, there is hot water in the showers and the overall cleanliness is good. The beds are comfy enough and it's an okay choice for a one to two nights stay.

the money you pay for what you get on the end is definitely not worthy. First thing after arriving in the room, I sat down on my bed and slat under the mattress broke :/ There are visible traces of moisture on the wall in the room…

The hotel definitely needs some maintenance, but the bed was OK in any case, so nothing really wrong. You should not expect too much paying a low price.

In real it is OK for a night stay. Staff is helpful. You get what you pay for. Parking space enough.

Room was quite small, AC didn't work, had to keep the window open for being able to sleep in the hot room which lead to the high noise level in the room, overall cleanliness wasn't what I was expecting (it wasn't dirty but just didn't look too inviting either), and the reception was kinda shady (some people were hanging out around the counter and I wasn't sure were they part of staff or not).

Perfect location right next to the beautiful city center. There is also a good grocery store right on the other side of the street.

Some of the next door neighbours were a bit loud.

Lovely, cozy room with a large bed, a cute night lamp, lighting behind the bed frame, a around table and a single sofa, TV, bathroom with a shower. Well rounded breakfast, buffet style with French toast, sausages, scrambled eggs, cornflakes, milk, coffee, juice, capuccinos, bread, and buns.

Terrible!!! Very dirty room, dirty towels left behind, dirty shower with someone else's hair, full trash can. I don't know if the sheets on the beds have been changed. After sleeping for a few hours, we immediately went on our route - we did not risk eating breakfast (after reading a few reviews on Google Maps, we preferred not to risk it anymore).

Too much disinfectant smell- but that is a problem in almost all hotels- I hope they get the memo-no one feels "safer" because their room smells of disinfectant. But that's a problem at almost all hotels right now- it just means you have to open the windows wide to air it out- and this hotel and two nice windows. It was cold, but I got rid of the smell. Hopefully they stop doing that, but as I said, they aren't alone.

i'm not quite sure why this hotel gets negative reviews. It's older, yes, but has a lift (rare!!). Look at it as a throw back to the Yugoslav period, in a good way! Honestly, very comfortable, and I think I was given a free upgrade. Hotel staff could not be nicer. I got the breakfast time wrong and though they had no obligation to do so, they made sure I had a nice breakfast anyway. It's close to the stations and the town center. very nice town, and honestly really nice hotel

The hotel is old and in great need of renovation. The greeting facade is not very optimistic, inside the hotel people are smoking, which is being transferred through the hallways. The rooms are small and not very well cleaned. We have been in a room where you could hear the neighbors and lot's of the stuff looked like it will fall apart soon. The bathroom was so small, you couldn't sit on the toilet properly, you had to either close the doors and suffer without ventilation and cooling, or keep it open and be unable to sit properly or reach the toilet paper. The breakfast was average, with having the usual choice of food, but low quality, and flies flying around. The price is way too high for the room that we got!

The staff was friendly. There's free parking next to the hotel. The location is good.
